Item Ingresos municipales y su relación con la ejecución del gasto en la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín, periodos 2016-2022(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 0006-09-24) García Medrano, Jeninfer Alexandra; Vásquez Cueva, Victor Enrique; Arévalo Cueva, Olga AdrianaEl trabajo actual buscó determinar cómo se relacionan los ingresos municipales con la ejecución del gasto en la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín, periodos 2016-2022. Se basó en el enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional y aplicado, abordando mediante una guía de análisis documental el periodo de siete años antes mencionado. En sus resultados se encontró que los recursos directamente recaudados no se relacionaron significativamente con la ejecución del gasto (p-valor=0.063>0.05); del mismo modo, los recursos determinados de la municipalidad tampoco se relacionaron significativamente con la ejecución del gasto (p-valor=0.574>0.05). Se concluyó que los ingresos municipales no se relacionaron significativamente con la ejecución del gasto (p-valor=0.703>0.05).Item Estrategias de marketing mix y su relación con la retención de clientes en la empresa ALCOSTO IMPORT E.I.R.L., Tarapoto 2023(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. En este contexto, el estudio tiene como propósito determinar la relación entre estrategias de marketing mix y la retención de clientes en la empresa ALCOSTO IMPORT E.I.R.L., Tarapoto en el año 2023, mientras que los objetivos específicos identificar el nivel de las estrategias de marketing mix en la empresa ALCOSTO IMPORT E.I.R.L.,, Tarapoto 2023, identificar el nivel de la retención de clientes en la empresa ALCOSTO IMPORT E.I.R.L., Tarapoto 2023, determinar la relación entre estrategias de producto y la retención de clientes en la empresa ALCOSTO IMPORT E.I.R.L.,, Tarapoto 2023, determinar la relación entre estrategias de precio y la retención de clientes en la empresa ALCOSTO IMPORT E.I.R.L., Tarapoto 2023, determinar la relación entre estrategias de plaza y la retención de clientes en la empresa ALCOSTO IMPORT E.I.R.L., Tarapoto 2023, determinar la relación entre estrategias de promoción y la retención de clientes en la empresa ALCOSTO IMPORT E.I.R.L., Tarapoto 2023. Este estudio adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental y de alcance correlacional. Utilizando dos cuestionarios específicos, se investigó una muestra representativa de 368 clientes. Los resultados esperados es que se realizó la prueba de correlación de Rho Spearman dando como resultado un coeficiente de 0.855 y un valor de significancia de 0.000, dando así por aceptado la hipótesis general planteada donde manifiesta que existe relación significativa entre las variables de estudio.Item Influencia del social media marketing en la intención de compra del sector ropa según millenials del distrito de Tarapoto, 2022(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 0017-07-24) Villacorta Meléndez, Karolyn Zuley; Paredes Del Aguila, Brenda Irka; Arévalo Alva, Lady DianaEl trabajo se propuso determinar cómo influye el social media marketing en la intención de compra en el sector ropa según millenials del distrito de Tarapoto, 2022, al mismo tiempo se planteó como objetivos específicos: identificar la influencia de las herramientas web en la intención de compra en el sector ropa según millenials del distrito de Tarapoto, 2022, analizar la influencia de la promoción web en la intención de compra en el sector ropa según millenials del distrito de Tarapoto, 2022, identificar la influencia de las C´s de social media en la intención de compra en el sector ropa según millenials del distrito de Tarapoto, 2022. Por otro lado, esta investigación fue de tipo aplicado y no involucró experimentación, además, fue necesario un cuestionario de preguntas a 384 clientes que compran ropa en el distrito de Tarapoto. En los resultados se reconoció que las principales variables se vincularon significativamente, y en esa misma línea el Social media marketing incidió significativamente en la intención de compra. Luego, además de comprobarse la relación significativa entre las herramientas web con la intención de compra, también se demostró su influencia significativa de la primera sobre la última. De forma semejante, la promoción web demostró su relación e influencia significativa sobre la intención de compra. Finalmente, las C’s de social media ejerció influencia sobre la intención de compra, habiéndose demostrado con anterioridad su relación significativa.Item Experiencia del consumidor y respuestas emocionales de los consumidores de artículos tecnológicos de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2022(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 0019-06-24) Chavez Flores, Estefani Alexandra; Valles Navarro, Caroll Eugenia; Arévalo Alva , Lady DianaEsta investigación examina la relación entre la experiencia del consumidor y las respuestas emocionales de los compradores de artículos tecnológicos en Tarapoto, Perú, en 2022. Se utilizó un enfoque correlacional con una muestra de 384 consumidores. Los resultados revelaron una correlación positiva y significativa (r=0.763) entre la experiencia del consumidor y las respuestas emocionales. La experiencia del consumidor se encontró en un nivel bajo (54%), al igual que las respuestas emocionales (53%). Se analizaron cuatro dimensiones de la experiencia del consumidor: sensorial, cognitiva, estilo de vida e interacción. Todas mostraron correlaciones positivas con las respuestas emocionales, con coeficientes que van desde 0.677 hasta 0.739. La dimensión sensorial se encontró en un nivel bajo (51%), al igual que la cognitiva (50%), el estilo de vida (50%) y la interacción (52%). El estudio concluye que existe una relación significativa entre la experiencia del consumidor y las respuestas emocionales en el contexto de la compra de artículos tecnológicos en Tarapoto. Se recomienda implementar medidas para mejorar la experiencia del consumidor, incluyendo la evaluación de preferencias sensoriales, optimización de la experiencia mental del consumidor, consideración del estilo de vida de los clientes y mejora de la interacción con el personal de atención al cliente. Estas acciones podrían conducir a respuestas emocionales más positivas, mayor satisfacción y lealtad del cliente.Item Demandas del cliente y eficiencia en la entrega de productos de una empresa retail de la región San Martín, 2022(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 0031-07-24) Lozano Machuca, Isis; Lozano Trigoso, Anita Cristina; Arévalo Alva, Lady Diana; Ríos López, Luis AlbertoLa investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre las demandas del cliente y la eficiencia de entrega de productos de una empresa retail de la región San Martín, 2022, fue de tipo aplicada y tuvo un nivel correlacional con un diseño no experimental, donde se aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos a 100 trabajadores del área comercial y almacén, así mismo se optó en realizar un análisis descriptivo para medir el comportamiento de las variables y las dimensiones y un análisis inferencial para ver la influencia de las variables y las dimensiones llegándose así como resultado principal, se observa que el valor de correlación entre las variables de estudio es de 0.601, ello indica que existe una influencia significativa entre las demandas del cliente y la entrega de productos, así mismo, las demandas de cliente se posicionó en un nivel regular con un 52%, adicionalmente la variable de entrega de productos se posicionó en un nivel regular con un 44%, también la previsión de la demanda y la identificación de requisitos de la empresa obtuvo una correlación positiva con un valor de 0.576, finalmente el enfoque de la demanda y la entrega de productos también obtuvieron una correlación positiva con un valor de 0.588.Item Comportamiento de la morosidad de créditos agrícolas y liquidez de la Caja Rural San Martín, periodo: 2000 – 2002.(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2003) Delgado Mesia, Laura; Sousa Fernandez, RenigerEl riesgo en la Agricultura puede estar ligado a un gran número de eventos del orden climáticos, fisicos o económicos y cuya característica es el acceso a fuentes de financiamiento, principalmente formales, que ha sido considerado uno de los principales "cuellos de botella" que enfrentan los agricultores y pobladores rurales para el desarrollo de sus actividades. El limitado acceso al capital, se explica por la confluencia de múltiples factores: las características propias de las actividades agrícolas (riesgosas, con un cronograma fijo, estacionales, etcétera); los problemas de desintegración de diversos circuitos comerciales y financieros de la mayor parte de agricultores, y los elevados índices de pobreza en las zonas rurales. El otorgamiento y la recuperación de créditos, al sector agrícola, constituye claramente, el servicio financiero de mayor dificultad y complejidad. Los Servicios Financieros relacionadas al sector agrícola, en contraste con los otros sectores, al realizarse el otorgamiento de créditos, implica un mayor costo por crédito como resultado de la dispersión geográfica, la reducida dimensión económica y la mayor complejidad de las unidades económicas rurales, entre otras.Item Plan estratégico para mejorar el proceso de la ejecución presupuestaria como soporte de los estados financieros en los comités locales de administración de Salud - Clas - San Martin.(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Para formular el Plan Estratégico se procedió inicialmente a realizar: ;.> Analizar la posición de los GLAS en el contexto Nacional y Regional referido a los procesos del entorno relacionados al Sector Salud y los GLAS a nivel Nacional y Regional. ;.> Determinar la situación de los GLAS a partir del análisis interno , referido a los procesos internos relacionados al Sector Salud y los GLAS desde la gestión y la administración . ;.> Analizar aspectos administrativos que originan distorsión y retraso de información financiero - contable, referido a los conocimientos, tecnología, personal y organización de los GLAS. ;.> Evaluar la gestión administrativa de la DIRES respecto a los GLAS, referido a los conocimientos, tecnología, personal y organización de las acciones administrativas de la DIRES que tengan que ver con el funcionamiento de los GLAS. ;.> Diseñar estrategias para mejorar la gestión financiera contable de los GLAS en el cual se define estrategias entre el entorno y el interno. Luego se realizó la construcción del Diagnóstico Dinámico y el Cuadro de Relaciones Estratégicas para comenzar a identificar cada uno de los elementos del FODA y sobre esto se determinó un conjunto de estrategias alternativas, llamadas Estrategias Macro que son las políticas Institucionales a seguir. This with the purpose of knowing and applying it, this way to propose viable alternatives in order to improve the economic situation on the sanmartinense citizen. In the methodological aspects of the investigation work, the universe and sample are stated for being useful in this investigation, as well as the type, level and instruments applied in this work, that in this case are : questionnaire and bibliographical analysis. In the prosecution, analysis and interpretation of the results, the results of the investigation instruments are presented, reaching the contrast of the hypothesis and objectives which positively solve the problem exposition. Finally to conclude that it is necessary to raise a methodological proposal for the export of the wine. We hope the present descriptive work will be complemented by other works of greater depth, since to export our products will contribute to the socioeconomic development in our region.Item El efecto del reintegro tributario en el flujo de liquidez de las empresas beneficiadas del departamento de San Martin.(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2004) Bardalez Alvarado, Bessy; Torres Bardales, Camilo Carlos; Dextre Palacios, Nora ManuelaThe present work gathers the worry of the managerial community, of the professional of the countable sciences, of the university students and of the resident of the department of San Martin of knowing the effects in the economic and commercial development in the companies of the department that market products that have the benefit of the refund of the general tax to the sales. To give an answer to this worry it was proposed like a study base, the influence of the tributary refund in the liquidity, handling of price and investment in the companies of the department of San Martin, being proceeded to pick up financial and administrative information through surveys, designed by the authors, with which the analysis, conclusions and recommendations were made. lt was taken as population to the quantity of companies of the department of San Martin that market benefited products and which requested the refund from de general tax to the sales in the exercise 2002 to whom all the financial and administrative information was requested. To carry out the analysis all the information was picked up, regarding the financial part, of the financial states (General Balance and State Of Lost and Earnings) being also used as analysis methods: the horizontal, vertical and of ratios analysis; applying them to the exercises 2001 (base year) and 2002 ( analysis year ) to compare the evolution from one year to another. The administrative information was requested through surveys, designed especially for the aims of the investigation, in which is required to the detail specific aspects of the administrative handling of the liquidity, handling of the prices and the investment generated by the refund from the general tax to the sales, being exposed this information through squares summarizes that were designed with the purpose of analyzing this. The most important limitation that we had for the realization of the project was an investigation design (experimental) which was proposed at the beginning and it was impossible to execute it adapting in the process a new design (descriptive) that fitted to our reality; getting in the same way the purpose of the realized investigation. When the analysis of the financial and administrative aspect was made, coincidences with the outlined hypothesis were found, arriving to worrying, conclusions in comparison to the purpose that pursues the tributary benefit of the refund from the general tax to the sales, for instance the fact of impacting in form negative in the liquidity of the companies that use the mentioned refund, for the delay in their refund, personnel 's lack for the resolution of the refund files, the direct incidence in the determination of the prices when the manager does not have the security in the quantity of the mount to return, the investment of the returned quantity for this concept dedicated ore to the acquisition of goods than in the amplification of the business, etc. The recommendation were carried out with the purpose of correcting the errors which were found when the investigation was concluded , proposing to the community alternatives of change in the normative environment, being this the only existent for the good use of the benefit.Item El turismo como factor de desarrollo socio económico de la población vinculada a la actividad turística en la provincia de San Martín(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. The main objective was to discover the economic, social and cultural factors that influence. The acculturation process our methodology use was documental analysis, application of surveys, direct observation and interviews, which allowed us to obtain first-hand information about the factors that influence the acculturation process. The inhabitant of the Native Community of Centro Poblado Comunidad Quechua Wayku, nowadays is pressed by the western culture which promotes unfavourable answers. Young generations are in the process of breaking up, even if the ancient cultural traits have not disappeared. We can see clearly that they have not yet completely integrated to the western culture but they are apparent and superficially doing. So, it is time to revalue their original culture. In order to achieve this goal they need to put out of line and take off the western mask they have been imposed over. This does not to keep them in primitiveness. Their releasing must been made by means of constructing mechanisms that enable them to defend their own cultural identity, and so not yield to die at the domain of the so called western culture. All this allows us to think over the inhabitants of Centro Poblado Comunidad Quechua Wayku, and we pretend, with the present work to contribute in the cultural, social and economic enhancement and break away of the community in reference.Item Efectos de la aplicación de la ley N° 27360, en los productores de arroz de la provincia de San Martín: 2001 – 2002.(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2005) Flores Calle, Francisca; Reategui Flores, Monica; Pretell Paredes, Victor AndresThe objective of the thesis "Effects of the application of the law 27360 in the rice producers of the San Martín Province 2000-2001" is to analyze and explain these effects or implications in this period. A study was conducted on the rice producers analyzing the Financia! Statements of the 1O major producers, as well as applying as a sample a total of 103 of them to determine their perception of this law. This study shows that the enactment of this law has not benefited the rice producers in improving their profitability. Their situation was unfavorable as they were not following the 27360 Law, placing themselves above it and having a negative perception of SUNAT in their procedures and procedures. The education of the rice producer's population is a factor that contributes to the lack of knowledge and disinformation, as well as the lack of training and communication by SUNAT about the tributary laws. Add to all this the debt producers acquired with the financial entities which resulted to be impossible to repay originating one of the longest strikes in the history of San Martin which is characterized as a very chaotic and convulsive period.Item Potencialidades del turismo étnico en el centro poblado comunidad kechwa el Wayku del distrito de Lamas(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. The Minor Downtown Kechua Wayku, is the Kechwa !amistas cradle, descendants of the Quechuan linguistic family that has resisted the passing of time and express its culture and ethnicity through life styles, dances, parties, clothing and another economic and social activities that preserve its local colour that need being revaluate their cultural identity inside a process inter-cultural under way. The ethnic represents a related- studies series with this community likewise its potential as etno tourism that could develop on the basis of the legal and institutional frame existent to distinct level. in order to study this, we have taken as sample the 10% in a universe of 1842 inhabitants in 750 families. The ethnic as potentialities gather three adaptation modes of the community. The habits and ecosystems , the social structures and the•ideology, which is the beliefs systems seen from an anthropological. The general objective is" to explain the characteristics of Living Tourism as a new, bold and attractive alternative to sustainable tourism in order to enjoy the ethnical, cultural and natural richness of the Wayku Kechwa Community in Lamas district whilst being a factor that improves their lifestyle. The specific objectives are as follows: "To diagnose the capacities and tourist potential in the Wayku Kechwa Community that can be developped as Living Tourism". "To explain the processes of implementing the Living Tourism in families of the Wayku Kechwa Community and to determine the tourist activities that Wayku Kechwa Community can offer as a part of Living Tourism". Living Tourism is introduced as a tool for development in communities. This due to rapid changes which have taken place in the world. Tourists' consumption habits have varied noticeably; they no longer just want to observe. Now, they want to have contact with nature and live experiences of the community that they visit. lt is an activity that is experienced at first hand and supports local agriculture so that both (Tourist and receptive community) benefit from each other. According to the OMT, this activity allows the conservation of environment, it creates new jobs, encourages popular customs and revalues cultural patrimony. The Municipality of San Martín de Alao, located in the District of the same name, Province of El Dorado, Department of San Martin, on initiative of his authorities and in coordination with the Department of Economy and Finance, is implementing, from January, 2006, the lntegrated System of Financial Administration for Local Governments (SIAF-GL), in order to favor the managing of the budgetary resources in his different phases of Commitment, Earned, Turned and Paid, generating daily information like that of income and expenses, to allow to his authorities to analyze his management taking actions of control in opportune form and hereby to contribute to the development of his locality. The evaluation of the Efficacy and Efficiency of the managing of the budget in the first semester on the part of the Municipality of San Martín de Alao, demonstrates that modifications were realized to the institutional Budget of Opening to be able to expire with the foreseen in the management of the Mayor during this half-yearly period.
