Therefore, the Faculty of Engineering Systems and lnformatic of the UNSM-T, prometes research in process control, with the aim of addressing the needs of our region, supported in the robotics, study the design and construction of machines, and are able to perform tasks that makes the man. Therefore, it is necessary to design a hydraulic robot arm assisted by computer, according to the reality of companies in our region, performing an efficient design, and low cost in manufacturing. This research bases its design on technology; whereby, development projects are becoming according to our needs, based on SolidWork as a design tool, and in the LabView as a tool graphical programming, helping us to climb from design to testing and from small systems to large systems.Item Aprovechamiento sistémico de la pulpa de café como residuo agrícola y tratamiento de las aguas mieles por biorremediación en el alto mayo-2014(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2015) Ormeño Luna, Javier; Barrera Lozano, MarvinThe objective of the present research work was to determine the valuation of loads of pollen corbicular obtained by Apis mellifera L, based on pollen analysis; in order to evaluate the relationship between the botanical origin of pollen grains and pollen type present in the species of apicultura! flora from the environment of the apiaries of the season June-October 2015. The study was carried out in the period of June to December 2015, in Juanjui city, Mariscal Cáceres province, San Martín region. The fieldwork was developed in the apiaries environment where the referential flora was evaluated in full phase floral phenology, in the case of large flowers we directly took samples of grain of the anthers and the whole flower were processed in the case of the small ones (Traverse, 1998). In the laboratory, we used the technique of Erdtman acetolysis (1960) for the respective observations, measurements and identification-level family of pallen grains; the measurement was carried out with the aid of optical microscopy to 1000 x, su ch as notes Herngreen (1983); and the meas u res in polar and Equatorial view with 30 repetitions per species as mentioned by Huaman (1991 and 1993) and Mari (2000). On the samples of pallen corbicular were separated from agreement characteristics of color in arder to verify that each color group corresponds to the same taxon, microscope observations were following the method proposed by Hidalgo et to the. Fondo Editorial, 2015) Rodriguez Espejo, Yoni Meni; Reategui Lozano, Nelly; Delgado Bardales, Jose Manuel; Salazar Diaz, Juan JoseThis research aims to evaluate and recognize the ancestral knowledge of the use of medicinal plants and practice of therapeutic treatment of vaginal discharge, which is a common cause of infections in women worldwide, so it is considered a public health problem today. The methodology included the following: isolating microorganisms from samples of vaginal secretion of patients treated at the health center of Chirikyaku. As for the medicinal plants used in the treatment of vaginal infections, of the 14 referred to in the survey, 6 are commonly known as guayaba, piñon, malba, indano, cordoncillo and pacunga: with which the phytochemical screening was performed. 5 records of consent were also obtained from a total of 15 homemade prescriptions and these five referred to treatment of vaginal infections, 3 of which were chosen for inhibition testing. Results in inhibition of growth of Bacillus sp. Gram-negative and Gram-positive Gandida sp in the diffusion test showed that the three prescriptions had high activity relativa to the positiva control of 96 ° alcohol, from the statistical point of view there was significant difference between the inhibitory effect of each prescription. Fondo Editorial, 2015) Cueva Benavides, Armando Duval; Luna Davila, LuisCultivation of edible mushrooms is an activity that could contribute to the household economy. However, a limiting factor is having the mycelium ("seed") of the fungus to be produced. The objective óf this work was to obtain the "seed" of two native edible fungus (Auricu/aria spp. and Pleurotus spp.). Fruiting bodies of these fungi were collected from 3 areas of conservation of the Province of San Martin and transferred to the laboratory of Microbiology, Faculty of Agricultura! Sciences of the National University of San Martín, where were grown in petri dishes containing potato dextrose agar. The radial mycelial growth was statistically different in the different plates. Subsequently, pieces of 1 cm2 of culture medium were placed in bottles containing corn grains previously sterilized. The mycelium covered 100% of the grains of corn at 35 days for Auricularia spp. and 40 days for Pleurotus spp. To get an idea of mycelial growth in agroindustrial substrates, coffee pulp, rice husks and sawdust were used. At 40 days, the mycelium of Auricu/aria spp. covered 60% of coffee pulp substrate and 30% of rice husks. In the case of Pleurotus spp. covered 80% of coffee pulp substrate and 10% of rice husks. Fondo Editorial, 2015) Farro Roque, Maria Elena; Reategui Lozano, Nelly; Palomino Alvarado, Gabriela Del Pilar; Lopez Chumbe, TeobaldoThis research work in order to design and implement a strategy Nutritional lntervention to improve the eating habits of patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) receiving antiretroviral therapy (HAART) treated at the Hospital 11 - 2 Tarapoto. June to December 2015. The population consisted of 390 patients infected with HIV I AIDS who attended the clinic Nutrition during the study period. The research was quantitative, experimental, prospective, cross-sectional, based on a sample of 144 cases. the pre-experimental design was used with one group pre and post test since the intervention strategy was developed exclusively for research. The results were: prevalence of infected patients between 20 - 39 years old (81.2%), single marital status (51.4%); secondary level education (37.5%) and Catholic (71.5%) religion. 56.0% were mate, occupation housewife (33.3%) and students (25.0%). 46.5% have a normal nutritional status prone to thinness grade 1 (31.3%) and overweight (13.2%). Habits and dietary habits was most common food rich in carbohydrates + protein (31.3%), food rich in protein (21.5%) and food rich in vitamins (20.8%). 74.3% have harmful habits like frequent consumption of stimulating beverages (tea, coffee); 26.4% have food intolerance; the frequency of food consumption is 3 times a day (88%). 51.4% are in a state of normal nutrition according to clinical evaluation, prone to lost weight with Dx. malnutrition (21.5%). Grape from San Antonio de Cumbaza has similar sensory characteristics and composition to the black grapes produced in other regions, with a high demand for the regional wine production and as a flavoring for the food industry. The black grape generally provides phenolics, including anthocyanins with antioxidant properties in vitro and probably benefits to human health. Objective. Study the kinetics of degradation of anthocyanins and rheological properties of grape juice. Methods. Thermal degradation of anthocyanins was conducted at 70, 80 and 90ºC for 5, 1 O, 15 and 20 minutes rota evaporator mínimum vacuum pressure. Rheological study was performed with the Brookfield viscometer L VDV - III Ultra at different temperatures and concentrations. This data were adjusted to the Oswald-de-Waelle, Casson and Herschel-Bulkley mathematical models. Results. Anthocyanins and total phenols were quantified. Anthocyanins degradation for the proposed heat treatment was imminent. The rheological behavior produces values clase to Ostwald de Waele model and also a lower consistency index. Conclusion. For it samples of milk were gathered for four months in every zone of study and were analyzed to obtain his characteristics of density, acidity, fat, protein, salid total, mesófilos aerobic and numeration of coliformes. For the comparison of averages. Duncan test at 5% was used to compare means, in addition Spearman correlation was performed in arder to determine the degree of association between the variables of physicochemical and microbiological quality of milk with environmental factors. Concluded that environmental factors (solar radiation and ambient temperature) affect the density, fat and thus in the amount of total solids in milk, have clase negative.associations (reverse). The relative humidity and precipitation have clase positiva relationships (d irect) in the values of density, fat and total solids in milk cattle. However these meteorological parameters had little or no influence on the acidity and protein content. Year after year, the abuse of synthetic chemical fertilizers (N, P and K) is necessary to maintain high levels of grain yield, this causes alteration in the physical, chemical and biological soil quality. A sustainabte alternative is the use of beneficia! microorganisms with selected characteristics through his promotion of plant growth, this are called PGPRs (Plant Growth Promotore Rhizobacteria). The aim of the study was to isolate and characterize bacteria rice rhizosphere of Cacatachi and Picota zones in the region of San Martín, in addition to select and evaluate the main characteristics of plant growth. 60 strains were setected by diazotrofia, growing in Burk and MJV medium, characterized and then evaluated. A principal component analysis shows that there are 4 variables that explain the variance in the results. p7b1m, la2b2, la3c5m, p2b1m, p9b3m, la2b3, la3c3 and la5c5 strains had the highest contribution to the total variance. The research is descriptive, population and study sample confortned 458 inhabitants ofthis ethnic group, who were applied a survey; he meta 5 Heads or Apus of indigenous communities, 7 authorities linked to the ordinary courts: Judge not Legal Paz, the district govemor Awajún, the commissioners ofthe National Police Pardo Miguel (Orange) and Nueva Cajamarca, the Criminal Prosecutor of Nueva Cajamarca, the Director of the Public Defender of San Martín, the President of the Superior Court of San Martín. Records and sentences passed on culturally conditioned mistake and the case Wajajai Melvin Espinoza were analyzed for illegal possession of firearm. Frente a este problema el objetivo de la investigación ha sido determinar la influencia del uso de la web 2.0 mediante la aplicación de una evaluación de PreTest y Postest, en la asignatura de “Algoritmos” que se ha desarrollado en la EAPISI-FISI en el semestre académico 2014-II, para mejorar el rendimiento académico. La investigación realizada ha sido de carácter experimental, aplicando el diseño cuasi experimental con pretest y postest con dos grupo, un grupo experimental y un grupo de control, cada grupo estuvo constituido por 25 estudiantes matriculados en la asignatura de “Algoritmos”. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el sílabo de la asignatura (Anexo 2), dos pruebas de pretest y dos pruebas de postest, aplicadas al grupo experimental y al grupo de control. El resultado obtenido fue aceptar la hipótesis: Si se aplica la web 2.0 como estrategia didáctica colaborativa en la asignatura de “Algoritmos” de la EAPISI-UNSM en el 2014, entonces se mejorará el rendimiento académico de sus alumnos. El programa de motivación continua va a permitir que los estudiantes afronten situaciones difíciles en el aprendizaje del idioma inglés y finalmente alcancen las metas propuestas mediante la puesta en práctica de los módulos y talleres que contienen estrategias que los ayuden a enfrentar y asumir riesgos, disminuir la ansiedad, además de usar estrategias individuales y de grupo. Este trabajo posee metodología experimental en la que se aplicó el programa de motivación continua para brindar a los estudiantes condiciones que le sirvan de apoyo para el aprendizaje del idioma inglés al inicio de su carrera. Los resultados muestran que este programa sirvió de gran apoyo para poder concluir satisfactoriamente el primer curso del idioma inglés lo que servirá como motivación en su desarrollo profesional. Así, se ha visto que el incremento de proyectos de investigación orientados a la obtención del título profesional, los cuales atraviesan por diferentes etapas con sus respectivos requisitos, formatos, plazos y controles, establecidos en el Reglamento General de Investigación y la Directiva para la elaboración de Tesis y Trabajos de Investigación, ha desbordado las posibilidades de gestión por una inadecuada incorporación de la tecnología de información a fin de automatizar para medir, controlar y mejorar los indicadores relacionados al desempeño de todos los actores involucrados en la investigación dentro de la UNSM-T. El impacto de los resultados de este trabajo está relacionado a mejorar los indicadores cuantitativos de la gestión de la investigación, ya que la herramienta diseñada para ese propósito proporciona información que sirve para la toma de decisiones a nivel operativo, táctico y estratégico. Fondo Editorial, 2018) Cotrina Linares, Janina; Granda Milon, Pamela Magnolia; Ruiz Cueva, John Antony; Valles Coral, Miguel AngelNuestra universidad no es ajena a las corrientes de la globalización y la modernidad, por lo que ha venido experimentado numerosos cambios en su crecimiento y desarrollo, tratando de ajustarse a los nuevos escenarios y demandas locales y globales, que exigen en gran escala, la implementación de nuevos modos de gestión a nivel estructural y funcional, en el que los procesos de planificación y retroalimentación necesitan de técnicas y herramientas que les permitan monitorear, evaluar y tomar acciones oportunas y eficientes de corrección en relación al logro de los objetivos y metas. Este crecimiento acelerado, trajo consigo mayor complejidad en los procesos administrativos y de gestión, como consecuencia de la implementación inadecuada de un modelo de gestión no acorde a las necesidades ni a los procesos en curso (como lo es la acreditación universitaria). En el mes de agosto del 2014, la Universidad Nacional de San Martín concluyó con su Plan Estratégico 2014 – 2021, que responde al proceso de acreditación universitaria, cuya estructura fue diseñada de tal forma que las facultades de la UNSM-T, elaboren sus planes estratégicos y operativos en forma articulada y alineada a este plan institucional. La elaboración de los formatos y esquemas de planificación fueron propuestos por el equipo de investigadores de este proyecto, en forma conjunta y como apoyo a la Dirección de Acreditación y a la Oficina de Planificación y Presupuesto de la UNSM-T, las mismas que venían impulsando el proceso de planificación estratégica y operativa en las facultades. A partir de esta tarea, el equipo de investigadores diseñó el sistema Balance Score Card (Tablero de Comandos), siendo validado a nivel de procesos por las oficinas antes mencionadas, corroborándose la alienación y articulación entre el plan estratégico de la UNSM-T y los planes estratégicos y operativos de las facultades y carreras profesionales. Los equipos de trabajo de las facultades fueron capacitados en el manejo y funcionamiento del Sistema BSC, además de que las facultades fueron implementadas con los equipos informáticos para el manejo óptimo del sistema. Fondo Editorial, 2018) Cotrina Linares, Janina; Granda Milon, Pamela Magnolia; Lopez Rodriguez, Carlos Enrique; Valles Coral, Miguel AngelEl proyecto de investigación denominado “Consolidación del proceso de planificación estratégica en las facultades de la UNSM-T”, ejecutado en la UNSM-T en el año 2015, tuvo como objetivo general consolidar el proceso de planificación estratégica en las facultades de la UNSM-T, mediante la identificación de las causas del deficiente proceso de planificación estratégica en las facultades de la Universidad Nacional De San Martín-T, la determinación de la interrelación de los factores de éxito que intervienen en la planificación estratégica en las facultades de la UNSM-T y la aplicación de los factores de éxito identificados en las facultades. El desarrollo de esta investigación utilizó la metodología de investigación del tipo aplicada, a nivel aplicativo, con un diseño cualitativo, teniendo como resultado la elaboración de la propuesta del modelo de procesos para la planificación estratégica en las facultades de la UNSM-T y la construcción del sistema Balance Score Card UNSM para las facultades de las UNSM-T, que permite la planificación, organización, control y evaluación estratégica y operativa, alineada a los objetivos institucionales.
