Item Agentes etiológicos asociados a enfermedad diarreica aguda en niños menores de cinco años atendidos en el hospital de apoyo en la Banda de Shilcayo. Etiologic agents associated with acute diarrheal disease in children under five years of age at the Hospital de Apoyo I Band of Shilcayo, National University of San Martín Thesis 2003 A simple descriptive study of a prospective cross-sectional study was carried out to identify the most frequent etiologic agents associated with acute diarrheal disease (EDA) in children under five years of age, and in the support hospital I Band of Shilcayo in the study months . The study population consisted of 126 diarrheal samples of children under five years old who were studied for the search of parasites and enterobacteria. Samples were analyzed by direct examinations for the identification of parasites, while the bacteria were identified on the basis of Their morphological and biochemical cultural characteristics The most frequent etiological agents associated with EDAS in children under five years old attended at the Hospital of Support I Banda da Shilcayo were the parasites 37.3%. Bacteria 26% Parasites and Bacteria 9.5%. The most frequent parasites associated with EDA in children under five years of age were Giardia lamblia 23.2%, with an incidence rate of 17.5%, Cryptosporidium parvum 14.7% representing an incidence rate of 11.1%, Blastocystis hominis 13.7% with An incidence rate of (10.3%) Entamoeba coli 11.6% showed an incidence rate of (8.7%) The most frequent isolated bacteria associated with EDA in children under five years were: Proteus mirabilis 28.3% with an incidence rate of (10.3%). Klebsiella sp 26.1% establishing an Incidence slice (9.5%). Serratia marcscences 17.4% represents an incidence rate of (6.3%). The incidence rate of acute diarrheal disease in the study period was (11.3%) There is no relationship between the type of etiological agent and the types of EDA according to the study are independent because the calculated chi square is smaller (14.2) than The chi square tabulated (16.9)Item Estilos de vida y hábitos alimenticios en estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Enfermería. Fondo Editorial, 2021) Rondon Sanchez, Jhonatan; Deza Vela, Reynaldo; Delgado Rios, AngelEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre estilos de vida y hábitos alimenticios en estudiantes de I al IV ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Abril-Noviembre 2021, el estudio se realizó con una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo correlacional con un diseño transversal, prospectivo, no experimental; la muestra estuvo constituida por 102 estudiantes, para la recolección de información se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Como resultado en datos sociodemográficos el 50% de los estudiantes oscilan entre 19 a 20 años, 75% corresponden al sexo femenino, mientras el 47% pertenecen a la ciudad de Tarapoto, solamente el 4% del total se encuentran presentando paternidad, un 42% de ellos practican la religión católica lo cual el 31% integran el 3 ciclo y el 71% conviven con sus padres. Por lo tanto, en las dimensiones de estilos de vida se determinó que nutrición (56%), ejercicio (86%), responsabilidad en salud (84%) y manejo de estrés (75%) presentan estilos de vida no saludable y soporte interpersonal (83%) y auto actualización (86%) saludables. En las dimensiones de la variable hábitos alimenticios, selección, preferencia y lugar de ingestión de alimentos (82%) y creencias y horario en la toma de alimentos (89%) presentan hábitos alimenticios saludables. Conclusiones: Se determinó que no existe relación entre estilos de vida y hábitos alimenticios en estudiantes de I al IV ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Enfermería utilizando la prueba Chi-cuadrado de Pearson con un valor de 0.577 y una significación asintótica de 0.447, α (>0.05). La dimensión con mayor relación es manejo del estrés de la variable estilo de vida con la variable hábitos alimenticios que se estimó con la prueba Chi-cuadrado de Pearson con un valor de 4.776 y una significación asintótica de 0.029, α (<0.05). Se demostró que los estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín presentaron un estilo de vida no saludable y hábitos alimenticios adecuados.Item Evaluación de la calidad de vida de pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica terminal que reciben diálisis peritoneal ambulatoria continua. He was raised as a mere descriptive research, where the use of a single box design, aiming to determine the quality of life of patients with ESRD who perform CAPD Hospital II EsSalud Tarapoto . The population was represented by 31 patients who met the inclusion criteria. For data collection, the method of interview, applying the generic Quality of Life SF-36 to determine the quality of life of patients with ESRD who perform CAPD as components physical health: physical functioning, role physical, bodily pain and general health and mental health components: vitality, social function, role emotional and mental health of patients. The data were systematized using SPSS version 17.0. March, 2011 - April, 2012 ", it had as aim: the existing relation identifies between the familiar functioning and the level of academic performance of the students of 4to and 5to degrees of the secondary level of the Educational institution N ° 0292 of Tabalosos's District, during the period between July, 2011 and July, 2012. The type of investigation raised was c;urrelacional and according to the compilation of the information of transverse type; 1 work with the design correlacional and the sample was shaped by 28 students and his families. To measure variable familiar functioning the questionnaire was in use as instrument " Since it is your Family " for the students and " Since it is his family " for the parents and to measure variable academic performance of the students there was in use the passbook of notes of the students. To interpret and to analyze the behavior of the variables in study the descriptive statistics was in use. The conclusions in the present study were: The level of vulnerability of the familiar functioning threw 57,1 % for level of average vulnerability, 32,1 % level of vulnerability of average to minor,7,1 % of average to major and 3,6 % in level of minor vulnerability. E. N º 0292, Tabalosos. March, 2011 - April, 2012.Item Influencia de la anemia en el desarrollo psicomotor en niños de 6 - 24 meses. Centro de Salud Morales. Julio – Diciembre 2021(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial., 2022) Palma Grández, Jeninfer; Ramírez Coronel, Shommy Solange; Delgado Rios, AngelEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de la anemia ferropénica en el desarrollo psicomotor en niños de 6 – 24 meses del Consultorio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo en el Centro de Salud Morales. Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal y con recolección retroprospectiva de los datos, la muestra estuvo conformado por 65 niños, como instrumento se utilizó una ficha de recolección de datos para medir la variable anemia ferropénica y para medir la variable desarrollo psicomotor se utilizó la Escala de Evaluación de Desarrollo psicomotor (EEDP). Resultados: En los niveles de la anemia ferropénica según las dimensiones Leve, Moderada y Severa, el 33.8% (22 niños) presentan anemia ferropénica leve y el 18.5% (12 niños) presentan anemia ferropénica moderada entre las edades de 6 a 12 meses. Según dimensiones del desarrollo psicomotor, coordinación, el 43.1%(28 niños), entre las edades de 6 a 12 meses presentaron un desarrollo normal seguido de un 9.2%(6 niños) presentaron desarrollo en adelanto; social, el 33.8%(22 niños), entre las edades de 6 a 12 meses presentaron desarrollo normal y el 4.6% (3 niños), entre las edades de 19 a 24 meses presentaron desarrollo en retraso; lenguaje, el 44.6%(29 niños) entre las edades de 6 a 12 meses presentaron un desarrollo normal y el 4.6%(3 niños), entre las edades de 19 a 24 meses presentaron un desarrollo en retraso, finalmente en la dimensión motora, el 35.4%(23 niños) entre las edades de 6 a 12 meses presentaron un desarrollo normal, el 7.7% (5niños) presentaron un desarrollo en retraso y el 3.1%( 2 niños) presentaron un desarrollo en adelanto, en las edades de 13 a 18 meses. Dimensión de mayor influencia entre los niveles de anemia y desarrollo psicomotor, en la dimensión de coordinación, la prueba no paramétrica chi cuadrado tuvo como resultado p>0,136, seguido de la dimensión social p>0,464, la dimensión lenguaje p>0,876, finalmente la dimensión motora p>0,629; indicando que existe un valor mayor de 0,05; teniendo como resultado, que los niveles de la anemia ferropénica no influyen en las cuatro dimensiones del desarrollo psicomotor; sin embargo, la anemia ferropénica tuvo mayor influencia en la dimensión social con 38.5%. Concluyendo que se demuestra según la prueba estadística chi cuadrado influencia significativa p <0,031, entre la anemia ferropénica y el desarrollo psicomotor, contrastándose con la hipótesis de investigación formulada.Item Nivel de conocimiento y prácticas de las/os enfermeras/os sobre medidas de bioseguridad en áreas críticas del Hospital Regional de Loreto, enero – abril 2013(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2013) Farfan Pinedo, Carlos Bennynllers; Vela Gonzalez, Chriss Shary; Delgado Rios, AngelThe present investigation was to determine the level of knowledge and practices of the / o Nurses / os on biosecurity measures in critical areas Loreto Regional Hospital from January to April of 2013 . The research was descriptive correlational , quantitative , non-experimental , prospective, cross-sectional , population consisted of nurses and nurses working in critical areas ( emergency , burn unit , hemodialysis and intensive care unit pediatric , surgery, and medicine, and neonatology ) Loreto Regional Hospital , with a total of 43 of which 39 represent the sample, the type of sample used was stratified probability sampling . The method for data collection was a survey and observational record . The survey consisted of 20 items that measured the level of knowledge about biosecurity measures , and observational guide consisted of 39 items that measured practices / the nurses / os on biosecurity measures in critical areas Loreto Regional Hospital . The data processing was performed according to the scale of measurement used by computer through the Microsoft Excel program , and to establish the relationship between the variables under study using the statistical package SPSS Statistics , applying the Student t test . The results were that of the 39 nurses / o 56% ( 22) has a good knowledge level , 41% ( 16 ) has a regular knowledge level and only 2.6 % ( 1) has a poor level of knowledge , also found that of the 39 nurses / o 74.4 % (29 ) makes a proper practical biosecurity measures and only 25.6 % (10 ) makes an appropriate practice of biosecurity measures.
