Abstract
Evaluación de la comunicación interna y el engagement en la Municipalidad Distrital de Morales, 2023
El estudio realizado en la Municipalidad Distrital de Morales durante el año 2023 tuvo como finalidad principal identificar la relación existente entre la comunicación interna y el nivel de compromiso laboral de sus trabajadores. Con el propósito de alcanzar los fines de la investigación, se establecieron objetivos específicos orientados a evaluar la calidad de la comunicación interna, examinar el nivel de compromiso de los trabajadores y analizar la influencia que ejercen la comunicación formal, la comunicación informal y los medios institucionales sobre dicho compromiso. El estudio conllevó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, con un diseño no experimental y una finalidad aplicada. La muestra estuvo conformada por 50 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Morales, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario estructurado como herramienta de recolección de datos. Los resultados obtenidos confirmaron la existencia de una relación significativa entre las variables analizadas, lo que permitió validar la hipótesis general formulada desde el inicio del estudio. Finalmente, los datos revelaron que los trabajadores con mayor compromiso presentan niveles más altos de motivación, identificación y disposición hacia el cumplimiento de sus funciones. Esta conexión emocional no solo fortalece su desempeño individual, sino que también contribuye positivamente al funcionamiento general de la institución. La investigación concluye que la comunicación interna cumple un rol determinante en el fortalecimiento del engagement dentro del entorno organizacional.
Evaluation of internal communication and engagement in the Morales District Municipality, 2023 The main purpose of the study conducted in the District Municipality of Morales during the year 2023 was to identify the relationship between internal communication and the level of labor commitment of its workers. In order to achieve the research objectives, specific objectives were established to evaluate the quality of internal communication, examine the level of employee commitment and analyze the influence of formal communication, informal communication and institutional media on this commitment. The study adopted a quantitative, correlational approach, with a non-experimental design and an applied purpose. The sample consisted of 50 workers of the District Municipality of Morales, to whom a structured questionnaire was applied as a data collection tool. The results obtained confirmed the existence of a significant relationship between the variables analyzed, which validated the general hypothesis formulated at the beginning of the study. Finally, the data revealed that workers with greater commitment present higher levels of motivation, identification and disposition towards the fulfillment of their functions. This emotional connection not only strengthens their individual performance, but also contributes positively to the overall functioning of the institution. The research concludes that internal communication plays a decisive role in strengthening engagement within the organizational environment.
