Benchmarking y competitividad empresarial de empresas de tecnología de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2023

Abstract

Este proyecto de investigación titulado: Benchmarking y competitividad empresarial de empresas de tecnología de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2023., se está suscitando el uso insuficiente de información benchmarking limita la capacidad de las empresas para adaptar estrategias y prácticas exitosas, lo que podría estar comprometiendo su competitividad en el sector. En esta línea, se ostentó como objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre el benchmarking y la competitividad empresarial de empresas de tecnología de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2023. Mientras que como objetivos específicos: a) Identificar la situación del benchmarking de empresas de tecnología de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2023; b)Identificar el nivel de competitividad empresarial de las empresas de tecnología de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2023; c) Establecer la relación entre el benchmarking y la planeación estratégica de empresas de tecnología de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2023; d) Establecer la relación entre el benchmarking y las operaciones de empresas de tecnología de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2023; e) Establecer la relación entre el benchmarking y la comercialización de empresas de tecnología de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2023; f) Establecer la relación entre el benchmarking y los recursos humanos de las empresas de tecnología de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2023. Con la finalidad de concretar los objetivos, se empleó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, datos que han sido analizados mediante el software Excel y SPSS. Los resultados esperados puede ser la comprobación de hipótesis planteadas, igualmente, ayudar a las empresas tecnológicas a comprender cómo se relaciona el benchmarking hacia la competitividad empresarial. Así mismo en cuanto al resultado del objetivo general se procedió a realizar la prueba de correlación de Rho Spearman por la distribución que tuvieron los datos, dando como resultado 0.0881, donde se demuestra que existe relación del benchmarking y la competitividad empresarial, por lo que se da por acepta la hipótesis general.This research project entitled: “Benchmarking and business competitiveness of technology companies in the city of Tarapoto, 2023” is raising the insufficient use of benchmarking information limits the ability of companies to adapt strategies and successful practices, which could be compromising their competitiveness in the sector. In this line, the general objective was: To determine the relationship between benchmarking and business competitiveness of technology companies in the city of Tarapoto, 2023. The specific objectives are: (a) To identify the benchmarking situation of technology companies in the city of Tarapoto, 2023; (b)To identify the level of business competitiveness of technology companies in the city of Tarapoto, 2023; (c) To establish the relationship between benchmarking and strategic planning of technology companies in the city of Tarapoto, 2023; d) To establish the relationship between benchmarking and the operations of technology companies in the city of Tarapoto, 2023; e) To establish the relationship between benchmarking and the commercialization of technology companies in the city of Tarapoto, 2023; f) To establish the relationship between benchmarking and human resources of technology companies in the city of Tarapoto, 2023. In order to achieve the objectives, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, data that have been analyzed using Excel and SPSS software. The expected results may be the verification of the hypotheses raised, and also to help technology companies to understand how benchmarking is related to business competitiveness. Likewise, with regard to the result of the general objective, the Rho Spearman correlation test was performed due to the distribution of the data, resulting in 0.0881, which shows that there is a relationship between benchmarking and business competitiveness, so the general hypothesis is accepted.
