Abstract
En un entorno comercial cada vez más centrado en la sostenibilidad y las demandas cambiantes del mercado, es fundamental comprender cómo el comportamiento de los consumidores se llega a relacionar directa o indirectamente con la toma de decisiones dentro de las compras relacionadas con el sector textil. Por tal motivo, este estudio tiene como principal objeto el encontrar cuál es la relación que existe entre el actuar de los consumidores y las decisiones que toman al comprar en el sector textil del distrito de Tarapoto, 2023. Teniendo enfoques variados tanto cuantitativo además de aplicado, el estudio es no experimental y correlacional. Se usaron encuestas como un medio principal para la recolección de datos, con cuestionarios aplicados a una muestra representativa de 382 consumidores. Con respecto al resultado pues al establecer cual sería aquella relación buscada entre nuestras variables de estudio; se observa que el coeficiente de correlación es de 0.874, lo que indica que existe una relación mediamente alta, dando por aceptado la hipótesis general, en donde se menciona: La existencia de una relación entre el comportamiento del consumidor y la decisión que puedan llevar a una compra en el sector textil en el distrito de Tarapoto, 2023, así mismo se obtuvo como resultado el sector textil en el distrito de Tarapoto, se encuentra en un nivel desfavorable con un 45%, y con un nivel regular es 32% y solo el 23% es favorable. Por otro lado, la decisión de lograr una compra dentro del sector textil en el distrito de Tarapoto, está a un nivel desfavorable con un 51%, y con un nivel regular es 29% y solo el 20% es favorable.
In a commercial environment increasingly focused on sustainability and changing market demands, it is essential to understand how consumer behavior relates to purchasing decisions in the textile sector. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between consumer behavior and purchasing decisions in the textile sector of the Tarapoto district in 2023. Using a quantitative and applied approach, the study is non-experimental and correlational. Surveys were used as the primary data collection method, with questionnaires administered to a representative sample of 382 consumers. Regarding the result, when establishing the relationship between the study variables, it is observed that the correlation coefficient is 0.874, which indicates that there is a moderately high relationship, accepting the general hypothesis, where it is mentioned: There is a relationship between consumer behavior and the purchase decision in the textile sector in the district of Tarapoto, 2023, likewise, the result was obtained that the textile sector in the district of Tarapoto is at an unfavorable level with 45%, and with a regular level it is 32% and only 23% is favorable. On the other hand, the purchase decision in the textile sector in the district of Tarapoto is at an unfavorable level with 51%, and with a regular level it is 29% and only 20% is favorable.
