Abstract
La gestión de recursos humanos es la dirección sistematizada de los integrantes de la comunidad escolar orientados al logro de los objetivos de la institución educativa. Una buena gestión de los recursos humanos en el seno de una institución educativa debe coincidir con el establecimiento de un idóneo clima laboral con la finalidad de alcanzar un desempeño profesional óptimo en base al logro de una satisfacción laboral suficiente que motive la búsqueda de la mejora constante de la calidad educativa. Nuestra investigación se realizó en la Institución Educativa “Francisco Bolognesi Cervantes” del centro poblado Utcurarca, distrito Cabo Alberto Leveau, provincia de San Martín, habiendo alcanzado la participación de 15 docentes a los que se les sometió a dos cuestionarios, el primero con 32, ítems para verificar las características de la gestión de los recursos humanos; el segundo con 34 ítems, para verificar el nivel de satisfacción laboral. Los resultados se presentan en dos secciones de análisis. La primera sección, de naturaleza descriptiva, utiliza sumatorias generales y porcentajes, acompañados de sus respectivas representaciones gráficas. La segunda sección se centra en el análisis correlacional, integrando datos generales de ambas variables para demostrar la relación entre la gestión de recursos humanos y la satisfacción laboral de los docentes de la Institución Educativa “Francisco Bolognesi Cervantes” en el centro poblado Utcurarca, distrito Cabo Alberto Leveau, provincia de San Martín. Este análisis reveló una correlación significativa, indicando una posible asociación directa entre ambos aspectos.
Human resources management is the systematized management of the members of the school community oriented to the achievement of the objectives of the educational institution. A good management of human resources within an educational institution must coincide with the establishment of a suitable work environment in order to achieve optimal professional performance based on the achievement of sufficient job satisfaction that motivates the search for constant improvement of the quality of education. This research was carried out at the "Francisco Bolognesi Cervantes" Educational Institution in the town of Utcurarca, Cabo Alberto Leveau district, province of San Martin, with the participation of 15 teachers who were administered two questionnaires, the first with 32 items to verify the characteristics of human resources management; the second with 34 items, to verify the level of job satisfaction. The results are presented in two sections of analysis. The first section, descriptive in nature, uses general sums and percentages, accompanied by their respective graphical representations. The second section focuses on correlational analysis, integrating general data on both variables to demonstrate the relationship between human resource management and job satisfaction of teachers at the "Francisco Bolognesi Cervantes" Educational Institution in the Utcurarca town, Cabo Alberto Leveau district, province of San Martín. This analysis revealed a significant correlation, indicating a possible direct association between both aspects.
