Sistema web para la gestión de pedidos en el recreo campestre el Mirador de Intiyacu, Bellavista 2022

Abstract

La gestión de pedidos es un punto muy esencial en un comercio, más aún en el rubro de restaurante, por ello, la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general Medir el grado de influencia del sistema web en la gestión de pedidos en el Recreo Campestre El Mirador De Intiyacu, Bellavista 2022. La investigación fue de tipo experimental, nivel experimental y diseño de tipo pre-experimental. La población y muestra está conformada por 8 trabajadores y 40 mesas atendidas del Recreo Campestre El Mirador De Intiyacu. Se aplico la encuesta y observación como técnicas de recolección de datos usando el cuestionario y ficha de observación como instrumentos de recolección. Los resultados obtenidos antes de la implementación del sistema fueron: el cliente tenía un tiempo promedio de espera para recibir su pedido de 21:55 minutos, también, la actualización del inventario era deficiente, el 20% de los pedidos tenía inconvenientes por la falta de algún producto, a su vez, el 35% de los pedidos no eran cumplidos tal y como el cliente los pedía. Después de la implementación del sistema web, se logró disminuir en 9 minutos el tiempo que esperaba el cliente en recibir su pedido, solo el 2.5% de los pedidos presentaba inconvenientes con el inventario y la cumplimentación del pedido. Se concluyo que, el sistema web influye significativamente en la gestión de pedidos en el Recreo Campestre El Mirador De Intiyacu, Bellavista 2022.

The Order management is a very essential point in a business, even more so in the restaurant industry, therefore, the general objective of this research was to measure the degree of influence of the web system in the management of orders in the Recreo Campestre El Mirador De Intiyacu, Bellavista 2022. The research was of experimental type, experimental level and pre-experimental design. The population and sample consisted of 8 workers and 40 tables served at Recreo Campestre El Mirador De Intiyacu. Survey and observation were applied as data collection techniques and the questionnaire and observation sheet were used as collection instruments. The results obtained before the implementation of the system were: the customer had an average waiting time of 21:55 minutes to receive his order; also, the inventory update was deficient, 20% of the orders had problems due to the lack of some product, and 35% of the orders were not fulfilled as requested by the customer. After the Web system was implemented, the time it took the customer to receive his order was reduced by 9 minutes, and only 2.5% of the orders presented problems with inventory and order fulfillment. It was concluded that the web system has a significant influence on order management at Recreo Campestre El Mirador De Intiyacu, Bellavista 2022.
