Abstract

Características arquitectónicas de un hospedaje ecoturístico que genere un circuito turístico en Chazuta – San Martín La presente investigación lleva por título: Características arquitectónicas de un hospedaje ecoturístico que genere un circuito turístico en Chazuta– San Martin, y surge como una iniciativa orientada a mejorar el nivel de turismo en el distrito de Chazuta, una zona rica en recursos culturales, tradiciones y artesanías. Se ha identificado una notoria carencia de espacios adecuados para el desarrollo de actividades turísticas, como un hospedaje ecoturístico que satisfaga las necesidades del visitante y fomente la interacción con la naturaleza. Actualmente, la mayoría de los hospedajes en Chazuta han sido improvisados, adaptando viviendas sin planificación ni cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes. Frente a esta problemática, el objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar las características arquitectónicas necesarias para un Hospedaje ecoturístico funcional. Para ello, se recopilaron datos mediante encuestas a los pobladores, entrevistas a especialistas en equipamiento turístico y el análisis de tipologías, características funcionales y espaciales de hospedajes a nivel internacional, nacional y local. Asimismo, se contó con la colaboración de autoridades locales interesadas en establecer un circuito turístico que conecte los diversos atractivos de la zona. Con la información recopilada, se desarrolló una propuesta arquitectónica que contempla espacios confortables y en armonía con la naturaleza. El terreno seleccionado se ubica cerca de las cataratas de Tununtunumba, en una zona de topografía accidentada, por lo que se propuso un diseño adaptado a los diferentes niveles del terreno, priorizando la integración con el entorno sin alterarlo. Además, se plantea el uso de materiales constructivos propios de la región, lo que refuerza la identidad local y aumenta el atractivo del proyecto. Como resultado, se definieron las características arquitectónicas y potencialidades del lugar desde un enfoque ecoturístico, lo cual servirá de base para futuras propuestas de hospedajes ecoturísticos integrados con la naturaleza. Finalmente, se espera que este estudio contribuya al desarrollo arquitectónico y turístico sostenible del distrito de Chazuta.

Architectural features of an ecotourism accommodation that generates a tourist circuit in Chazuta – San Martín The present research is entitled: Architectural characteristics of an ecotourism lodge that generates a tourist circuit in Chazuta-San Martin, and arises as an initiative aimed at improving the level of tourism in the district of Chazuta, an area rich in cultural resources, traditions and handicrafts. A notable lack of adequate spaces for tourism activities has been identified, such as ecotourism accommodations that meet visitors' needs and encourage interaction with nature. Currently, most of the lodges in Chazuta have been improvised, adapting houses without planning or complying with current regulations. In response to this problem, the objective of this research was to identify the architectural characteristics necessary for a functional ecotourism lodge. To this end, data was collected through surveys of the local population, interviews with specialists in tourism equipment and the analysis of typologies, functional and spatial characteristics of lodges at the international, national and local levels. Furthermore, local authorities interested in establishing a tourist circuit that connects the various attractions in the area collaborated with the project. Based on the information gathered, an architectural proposal was developed that contemplates comfortable spaces in harmony with nature. The selected site is located near the Tununtunumba waterfalls, in an area of rugged topography, so a design adapted to the different levels of the terrain was proposed, prioritizing integration with the environment without altering it. In addition, the use of construction materials typical of the region was proposed, which reinforces the local identity and increases the attractiveness of the project. As a result, the architectural characteristics and potential of the site were defined from an ecotourism approach, which will serve as a basis for future proposals for ecotourism lodges integrated with nature. Finally, it is expected that this study will contribute to the sustainable architectural and tourism development of the Chazuta district.
