Abstract
Educación virtual y gestión pedagógica en docentes del nivel secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Ernesto Chávez Tamariz” 2023
A través de la educación virtual, se ha desarrollado un cambio en el paradigma del como se imparte la enseñanza dentro del sistema educativo. Por ello, se pretende determinar la relación que existe entre educación virtual y la gestión pedagógica en docentes del nivel secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Ernesto Chávez Tamariz” 2023. Con un diseño correlacional y trabajando con 29 docentes de la Institución Educativa "Ernesto Chávez Tamariz" Saposa, con los instrumentos Cuestionario aceptación de la educación virtual y Cuestionario para medir la gestión pedagógica de los aprendizajes, llegaron al resultado de la existencia de la relación significativa entre autonomía e interacción social en la muestra estudiada (r=0,430; p=0,002), concluyendo que mientras exista el desarrollo de la educación virtual, la gestión pedagógica también mejorará.
Virtual education and pedagogical management in highschool teachers of the ‘Ernesto Chávez Tamariz’ Educational Institution 2023 Through virtual education, a change has been generated in the paradigm of how teaching is imparted within the educational system. Therefore, the aim is to determine the relationship between virtual education and pedagogical management in high school teachers of the “Ernesto Chávez Tamariz” Educational Institution 2023. Using a correlational design and working with 29 teachers of the “Ernesto Chávez Tamariz” Saposa Educational Institution, with the instruments Virtual Education Acceptance Questionnaire and Questionnaire to Measure Pedagogical Management of Learning, the results showed the existence of a significant relationship between autonomy and social interaction in the sample studied (r=0.430; p=0.002). It was concluded that as long as there is development of virtual education, pedagogical management will also improve.
