Abstract

Planificación curricular y su relación con el desempeño docente en nivel inicial, Red Bellavista, región San Martín, 2022 En el ámbito educativo las medidas implementadas por las instituciones para mejorar la educación deben ser direccionadas al cuidado y consideración de los requerimientos educativas de los estudiantes; por lo tanto, se necesita de docentes capacitados en la implementación de estrategias que mejoren la planificación curricular. De esto se desprende que, la planificación curricular es la habilidad de los docentes para organizar, preparar y anticipar las sesiones de aprendizaje de acuerdo con el DC establecido por el MINEDU, constituyendo el eje central para asegurar un aprendizaje de calidad en la comunidad educativa. Desde este marco, el objetivo general fue determinar la relación que existe entre la planificación curricular y el desempeño docente en nivel inicial, de la RED Bellavista, región San Martín, 2022. El estudio es de tipo básica. La muestra estuvo conformada por 49 docentes del nivel inicial que integran la RED Bellavista. Los métodos que se utilizaron en la investigación, son los métodos de: inducción, deducción y análisis. Se aplicó dos instrumentos de evaluación, la primera está relacionada a la variable de estudio: planificación curricular estructurado con diez ítems relacionados a competencia, estrategia didáctica, recursos y/o materiales, el segundo instrumento relacionado a la variable de estudio: desempeño docente, estructurado también con veinte ítems relacionados a competencia docente, práctica docente y gestión administrativa. Mediante la aplicación del instrumento permitió conocer y examinar la relación entre la planificación curricular y el desempeño docente. Se concluyó que existe una correlación negativa moderada entre la planificación curricular y la práctica docente en el nivel inicial de la RED Bellavista, región San Martín, 2022; dado que se obtuvo un Coeficiente de correlación equivalente a 0. 040 y un p-valor mayor a 0.05 (Sig.=0. 785), lo que indica que existe una correlación muy baja entre estas dos variables y no es estadísticamente significativa. Aunque hay una leve tendencia positiva, esta no es lo suficientemente como para considerarse significativa desde un punto de vista estadístico.

Thus, curriculum planning is the ability of teachers to organize, prepare and anticipate learning sessions in accordance with the CD established by the Ministry of Education, constituting the central axis to ensure quality learning in the educational community. The general objective of the study was to determine the relationship between curriculum planning and teaching performance at the early childhood level in the Bellavista Network, San Martín region, 2022. The study is of a basic type. The sample will be made up of 49 early childhood teachers who are part of the Bellavista Network. The methods to be used in the research are: induction, deduction and analysis. Two evaluation instruments will be applied, the first is related to the study variable: curricular planning structured with ten items related to competence, didactic strategy, resources and/or materials, whereas the second instrument is related to the study variable: teaching performance, also structured with twenty items related to teaching competence, teaching practice and administrative management. The application of the instrument will make it possible to know and examine the relationship between curricular planning and teaching performance. It is concluded that there is a moderate negative correlation between curricular planning and teaching practice at the initial level of the Bellavista Network, San Martín region, 2022, given that a correlation coefficient equivalent to 0.040 and a p-value greater than 0.05 (Sig.=0.785) was obtained, which indicates that there is a very low correlation between these two variables and that it is not statistically significant. Although there is a slight positive tendency, it is not enough to be considered statistically significant.
