Abstract
La formación profesional docente y su impacto en la competencia pedagógica es un asunto de importancia mundial, fundamental para el progreso y efectividad de los sistemas educativos. El éxito de los estudiantes y la calidad de su formación están intrínsicamente ligados a la competencia y preparación de los educadores. Esta asociación se hace más notable en una atmósfera educativa que enfrenta desafíos emergentes incluyendo la incorporación de tecnologías digitales, la necesidad de adaptar la enseñanza a cada estudiante y el manejo de clases con una creciente diversidad. En el marco de la Institución Educativa N°00815 en Jepelacio, esta cuestión cobra especial importancia, puesto que los educadores tienen un rol clave en el crecimiento y progreso de los estudiantes en dicha unidad educativa. De tal forma, la indagación estatuyó como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la formación profesional docente y la competencia pedagógica en la Institución Educativa N°00815, Carrizal, distrito de Jepelacio. El tratamiento metodológico contempló una tipología pura, con los niveles descriptivo y correlacional; en cuanto al tratamiento de la información se aplicó el cuestionario, para ello se contó con la participación de 21 educadores. A nivel descriptivo los resultados estatuyeron que la puntuación de la formación profesional docente fue 85.7% catalogado en un nivel muy alto, por el otro, la competencia pedagógica obtuvo una puntuación de 61.9% catalogado en un nivel alto. Al establecer la relación entre la formación profesional docente y las dimensiones de competencias básicas y competencias transversales no presentaron relación significativa (p>0.05), salvo la dimensión competencias específicas que si presentó una relación significativa (p<0.05); frente a estos hallazgos se concluyó que la formación profesional docente se relaciona significativamente con la competencia pedagógica en la Institución Educativa N°00815, Carrizal, distrito de Jepelacio, con una magnitud correlacional clasificada como positiva media (r=0.4638; p=0.0342).
Professional teacher education and its impact on pedagogical competence is an issue of global importance, fundamental to the progress and effectiveness of education systems. The success of students and the quality of their education are intrinsically linked to the competence and preparation of educators. This association is most notable in an educational environment that faces emerging challenges including the incorporation of digital technologies, the need to tailor instruction to individual students, and the management of increasingly diverse classrooms. In the context of the Educational Institution N°00815 in Jepelacio, this issue is especially important, since educators play a key role in the growth and progress of students in this educational unit. Thus, the purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between professional teacher training and pedagogical competence in Educational Institution N°00815, Carrizal, district of Jepelacio. The methodological treatment contemplated a pure typology, with descriptive and correlational levels; regarding the treatment of the information, a questionnaire was applied, with the participation of 21 educators. At the descriptive level, the results showed that the score for professional teacher training was 85.7%, classified at a very high level; on the other hand, pedagogical competence obtained a score of 61.9%, classified at a high level. When establishing the relationship between professional teacher training and the dimensions of basic competencies and transversal competencies, no significant relationship was found (p>0.05), except for the specific competencies dimension, which did show a significant relationship (p<0.05); in view of these findings, it was concluded that professional teacher training is significantly related to pedagogical competence at the Educational Institution N°00815, Carrizal, district of Jepelacio, with a correlational magnitude classified as positive average (r=0.4638; p=0.0342).
