Abstract
“Modelo gestión estratégica “Mapa de procesos” para la acreditación: Dimensión 1 del Programa de Estudios de Educación Primaria, FEH, Rioja”
El fin último del trabajo será elaborar un sistema operativo para ejecutar la dimensión 1: gestión estratégica basado en un modelo teórico de gestión “mapa de procesos” para la acreditación del Programa de Estudio de Educación Primaria (PEEP) de la Facultad de Educación y Humanidades, Rioja, 2024. La exploración científica se consumará en la FEH Rioja de la UNSM y se contemplaron como objetivos específicos describir el estado actual de la acreditación: Dimensión 1; describir el estado actual de un modelo gestión estratégica “Mapa de procesos”, elaborar un modelo gestión estratégica “Mapa de procesos” y validar un modelo gestión estratégica “Mapa de procesos” del PEEP. El método de estudio es descriptiva propositiva y se aplicaron a los maestros del PEEP instrumentos: cuestionarios donde se concluyó que: El estado actual de la acreditación del PEEP dimensión 1 “gestión estratégica”. El 75% de los docentes considera que la acreditación en la Dimensión 1 está lograda, mientras que el 25% la percibe como plenamente lograda, también se notó que el 83.3% de maestros observaron que el modelo de gestión "mapa de procesos" en el PEEP, no cumple con los estándares establecidos, y solo el 16.7% se cumple, se elaboró un modelo gestión estratégica “Mapa de procesos” para la acreditación: Dimensión 1 del Programa de Estudios de Educación Primaria, FEH, Rioja, Los instrumentos, fueron sometidos al juicio de cuatro expertos. La validación del Modelo gestión estratégica “Mapa de procesos” para la acreditación: Dimensión 1 del PEEP, FEH, Rioja, evidenciando una buena puntuación de 79.50 puntos representando el 98.14% de conformidad de los expertos para los instrumentos del modelo.

The scientific exploration was conducted at the FEH Rioja of the UNSM and the specific objectives were to describe the current state of accreditation: Dimension 1; to describe the current state of a strategic management model ”Process Map“, to develop a strategic management model ”Process Map“ and to validate a strategic management model ”Process Map" of the PEEP. The study method applied was descriptive and propositional; as instruments, questionnaires were applied to the PEEP teachers that allowed reaching the following conclusions regarding the current status of the PEEP accreditation dimension 1 “strategic management”. The 75% of teachers consider that the accreditation in Dimension 1 is achieved, while 25% perceive it as fully achieved, it was also noted that 83.3% of teachers observed that the management model “process map” in the PEEP, does not meet the established standards, and only 16.7% is met, a strategic management model “Process Map” was developed for accreditation: Dimension 1 of the Primary Education Studies Program, FEH, Rioja.
