Entornos virtuales de aprendizaje en la satisfacción de la enseñanza en línea en la Institución Educativa Túpac Amaru, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo medir la influencia del entorno virtual de aprendizaje en la satisfacción de la enseñanza en línea en la Institución Educativa Túpac Amaru, 2022. El estudio es de tipo aplicada, bajo un diseño pre experimental, enfoque cuantitativo, método deductivo y nivel explicativo. La población lo conformaron 83 estudiantes 5 grado del nivel secundario. En tanto, la muestra lo conformaron 69 estudiantes. La técnica aplicada fue la encuesta, mientras que el instrumento usado fue el cuestionario de evaluación. Los resultados muestran que, en el pre test, el 62,3 % de los estudiantes tenían un nivel de satisfacción alta con la enseñanza, el 31,9 % tuvieron un nivel de satisfacción medio, y el 5,8 % bajo. En el post test, el 88,4 % de los estudiantes tuvieron un nivel de satisfacción alta, seguido del 11,6 % que consideraron un nivel de satisfacción de nivel medio. Finalmente, se llegó a concluir que, la implementación del entorno virtual de aprendizaje influye significativamente en la satisfacción de la enseñanza en línea en la Institución Educativa Túpac Amaru, esto después de demostrar estadísticamente mediante la prueba no paramétrica Wilcoxon con un nivel de significancia 0,000 menor a 0,05.The objective of this research was to measure the influence of the virtual learning environment on satisfaction with online teaching at the Túpac Amaru Educational Institution, 2022. The study was applied, under a pre-experimental design, quantitative approach, deductive method and explanatory level. The population consisted of 83 students in the 5th grade of the high school level. The sample consisted of 69 students. The applied technique was the survey, while the instrument used was the evaluation questionnaire. The results show that in the pre-test, 62.3 % of the students had a high level of satisfaction with the teaching, 31.9 % had a medium level of satisfaction, and 5.8 % had a low level of satisfaction. In the post-test, 88.4 % of the students had a high level of satisfaction, followed by 11.6 % who considered a medium level of satisfaction. Finally, it was concluded that the implementation of the virtual learning environment significantly influences satisfaction with online teaching at the Túpac Amaru Educational Institution, after demonstrating statistically by means of the nonparametric Wilcoxon test with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05.
