Abstract
Tipos de unidad familiar y los factores de desprotección del niño, niña o adolescente en la DEMUNA, Tarapoto, 2020-2022.
La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre los tipos de unidad familiar y los factores de desprotección del niño, niña o adolescente en la DEMUNA, Tarapoto, periodo 2020 y 2022. Este estudio persiguió un enfoque básico, con un diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal, cuya población muestral fue de 56 expedientes por casos de desprotección del niño, niña o adolescente. Como resultados se identificó que un 17.86% de los casos corresponden a niños provenientes de hogares monoparentales encabezados exclusivamente por el padre. En contraste, un 21.43% de los casos están vinculados a familias donde únicamente está presente la madre. La categoría "Padre y Madre", que abarca el 35.71% de los casos, indica que más de un tercio de los niños, niñas o adolescentes atendidos tienen la presencia tanto de su padre como de su madre en la unidad familiar, para la categoría "Otros" representa el 25.00% de los casos, evidenciando una diversidad de estructuras familiares. Asimismo, en la dimensión de "Imposibilidad del Tutor", se destaca que el fallecimiento constituye el 30.35% de los casos, mientras que el encarcelamiento y la enfermedad física representan el 14.28% cada uno. Adicionalmente, la presencia significativa de casos relacionados con enfermedades mentales (8.93%) y toxicomanía incapacitante (23.21%) subraya la diversidad de desafíos de salud mental y dependencia de sustancias que impactan negativamente en la capacidad del tutor para asumir su rol de cuidado y protección. En el contexto del "Incumplimiento del Tutor", la tabla revela que el No reconocimiento de paternidad abarca el 46.43% de los casos, evidenciando un desafío sustancial en la identificación y asunción de roles paternos. Además, el Abandono total se registra en un 28.57% de los casos, subrayando la presencia de situaciones en las cuales los tutores no cumplen con sus responsabilidades de cuidado. Relativo al inadecuado ejercicio del tutor se presenta porcentajes significativos de 32% y 34% equivalentes a 18 y 19 casos por negligencia necesidades formativas y maltrato físico respectivamente. Como conclusión, se confirma que existe una relación significativa entre los tipos de unidad familiar y los factores de desprotección del niño, niña o adolescente, subrayando la importancia de considerar la dinámica familiar en la comprensión de los factores de desprotección en el ámbito de la protección infantil.
Types of family unit and the factors of lack of protection of the child or adolescent in the DEMUNA, Tarapoto, 2020-2022. The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the types of family unit and the factors of lack of protection of the child or adolescent in the DEMUNA, Tarapoto, period 2020 and 2022. In contrast, 21.43% of cases are linked to families where only the mother is present. The category "Father and Mother", which covers 35.71% of the cases, indicates that more than a third of the children or adolescents served have the presence of both their father and mother in the family unit, for the category "Others" represents 25.00% of the cases, evidencing a diversity of family structures. Likewise, in the dimension of "Impossibility of the Guardian", it is highlighted that death constitutes 30.35% of the cases, while imprisonment and physical illness represent 14.28% each. Additionally, the significant presence of cases related to mental illness (8.93%) and disabling drug addiction (23.4%) highlights the diversity of mental health and substance dependence challenges that negatively impact the guardian's ability to assume their role of care and protection. In the context of "Guardian Noncompliance", the table reveals that Non-recognition of paternity covers 46.43% of cases, evidencing a substantial challenge in the identification and assumption of paternal roles. Furthermore, Total Abandonment is recorded in 28.57% of cases, highlighting the presence of situations in which guardians do not fulfill their care responsibilities. Regarding the inadequate exercise of the tutor, significant percentages of 32% and 34% are presented, equivalent to 18 and 19 cases due to neglect of training needs and physical abuse respectively.
