Estilos de vida y su relación con el estado nutricional de los profesionales de la salud del Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, 2019

Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo “Determinar la relación entre estilos de vida y el estado nutricional de los profesionales de la salud del Hospital II-2 Tarapoto - 2019. El estudio fue de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional, de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 119 profesionales de la salud, se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento la escala de estilo de vida y la ficha de valoración nutricional del adulto.
Los resultados muestran que el 39,5% de la población encuestada tienen edades entre 31 a 40 años de edad, son del sexo femenino (50,4%), estado civil Casado (49,6%), soltero/a (45,4%), tienen hijos (74,8%) y el tiempo de servicio es menor de 5 años (36,1%). De los profesionales de la salud el 52.9% presentan Estilo de vida “Saludable” y el 47,1% “No saludable”. Según profesiones el 80% son nutricionistas, 76,5% obstetras 56,4% enfermeras(os), y 35.7% médicos que presentan un estilo de vida “Saludable”.
Según dimensiones del estilo de vida el 68,1% pertenecen a relaciones interpersonales, el 65,5% a la dimensión manejo de estrés y el 63,0% en la dimensión crecimiento espiritual, como los más predominantes en los estilos de vida saludables. En cuanto a los estilos de vida No saludable los más frecuentes son actividad física con un 89,9% y nutrición en un 60,5%. Se evidencia que la dimensión nutrición tienen relación estadísticamente significativa con el estado nutricional (p = 0.013) (p < 0,05).
En cuanto al estado nutricional, el 42.9% tuvieron sobrepeso, el 31,9% son normal, el 24,4% presentan obesidad y el 0,8% son delgadas y según profesiones el 60,0% son nutricionistas, 52,9% obstetras, 40,5 médicos y 40 % son enfermeros que presentan un estado nutricional de sobrepeso, el 1,8 % de enfermeras presentaron delgadez.
Conclusiones: Se aplicó la prueba no paramétrica chi cuadrado con un nivel de significancia al 95% (p < 0,05), evidenciándose que no existe relación entre ambas variables (p=0,178), concluyendo que los estilos de vida no influyen sobre el estado nutricional de los profesionales de la salud del Hospital II-2 Tarapoto - 2019.
The objective of this research study was to "Determine the relationship between lifestyles and the nutritional status of health professionals at Hospital II-2 Tarapoto - 2019. The study was of a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional type. The sample was constituted by 119 health professionals, the survey was used as a technique and as an instrument the lifestyle scale and the adult nutritional assessment form. The results show that 39.5% of the surveyed population have ages between 31 to 40 years of age, are female (50.4%), marital status Married (49.6%), single (45, 4%), have children (74.8%) and the service time is less than 5 years (36.1%). Of the health professionals, 52.9% presented "Healthy" Lifestyle and 47.1% "Unhealthy". According to professions, 80% are nutritionists, 76.5% are obstetricians, 56.4% are nurses, and 35.7% have a "healthy" lifestyle. According to lifestyle dimensions, 68.1% belong to interpersonal relationships, 65.5% to the stress management dimension and 63.0% to the spiritual growth dimension, as the most predominant in healthy lifestyles. In terms of unhealthy lifestyles, the most frequent are physical activity with 89.9% and nutrition by 60.5%. It is evident that the nutrition dimension has a statistically significant relationship with the nutritional status (p = 0.013) (p <0.05). Regarding the nutritional status, 42.9% were overweight, 31.9% are normal, 24.4% are obese and 0.8% is thin and according to professions 60.0% are nutritionists, 52.9% obstetricians, 40.5 doctors and 40% are nurses who present a nutritional status of overweight, 1.8% of nurses presented thinness.
