Abstract
Uso de una plataforma virtual y su influencia en la gestión educativa del docente en la Institución Educativa Horacio Zeballos Gámez, Habana, 2021
Las tecnologías de la información mediante el uso de herramientas innovadoras en el sistema educativo se han convertido en nuevos desafíos no solo para los docentes sino también para las instituciones, pues el uso continuo y progresivo implica la adquisición de nuevas capacidades para conformar cualidades competitivas, lo que se traduce en efectividad y progreso hasta alcanzar las metas que se persiguen (Ávila, 2021). En base a la premisa, se recalca que el trabajo investigativo el objetivo general planteado fue determinar de qué manera el uso de una plataforma virtual influye en la gestión educativa del docente en el Colegio Horacio Zeballos Gámez, Habana, 2021. En los aspectos metodológicos, el estudio fue de tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo y diseño no experimental, cuya población y muestra estuvo constituida por 33 docentes que laboran en la institución objeto de estudio, para la recopilación de datos se recurrió a la elaboración y aplicación de dos cuestionarios como instrumentos. Los resultados principales permitieron conocer que el 45% de los docentes encuestados refirieron tener una percepción regular con tendencia positiva sobre el uso de una plataforma virtual, asimismo el 45% de los docentes encuestados manifestaron que pese al uso de una plataforma virtual la gestión educativa es regular. La conclusión general determinó que el uso de una plataforma virtual influye de manera significativa en la gestión educativa por cuanto los resultados inferenciales y estadísticos obtenidos mediante el uso del programa SPSS 26 revelaron un p-valor igual a (0.000) con una correlación positiva muy alta que fue confirmada por un coeficiente Rho cuyo valor fue equivalente a (0,998**).

The main results showed that 45% of the teachers surveyed reported having a regular perception with a positive tendency regarding the use of a virtual platform, and 45% of the teachers surveyed stated that despite the use of a virtual platform, educational management is regular. The general conclusion determined that the use of a virtual platform has a significant influence on educational management, since the inferential and statistical results obtained using the SPSS 26 program revealed a p-value equal to (0.000) with a very high positive correlation that was confirmed by a Rho coefficient whose value was equal to (0.998**).
