Abstract

Liderazgo directivo y su relación con la gestión pedagógica en los docentes de la I.E. N° 00616, Naranjillo, 2023 El liderazgo directivo es una práctica esencial para la organización actualmente. Los cambios acelerados requieren un análisis particular en cada circunstancia, este se logra con el alineamiento y movilización a los individuos y equipos de trabajo de modo significativo para cumplir con los objetivos institucionales: visión, misión y valores; las características para comprender la gestión pedagógica se realiza mediante tres aspectos: planificación, ejecución y evaluación de los maestros; ante dicha meta se propuso la finalidad general de “determinar la relación entre el liderazgo directivo con la gestión pedagógica en los docentes de la I.E. N° 00616, Naranjillo, 2023”. El estudio se encuadró bajo un proceso cuantitativo, de tipo básico, y nivel descriptivo; se aplicó cuestionarios para medir el liderazgo directivo y la gestión pedagógica. Se concluyó que el “liderazgo directivo” fue regular con el 73%, alto con 19% y bajo con 8% y la gestión pedagógica se percibió como alta con 94% y medio con 6%; la relación entre el liderazgo del directivo con la dimensión planificación es positiva muy baja (rho= 0,006); los mismo se evidenció con la ejecución (rho = 0,051), caso similar con la evaluación (rho = 0,348); por otro lado el liderazgo del directivo consultivo y la gestión pedagógica fue positiva muy baja (rho = 0,133) , con el participativo fue positiva moderada (rho = 0,444), y con el arrojó como positiva muy baja (rho = 0,118); datos que permitieron determinar que la relación entre el liderazgo del directivo laisser faire con la gestión pedagógica es negativa moderada con un valor de rho = -0,042, y la relación entre el liderazgo del directivo con la gestión pedagógica es positiva muy baja con un valor de rho = 0,110.

Management leadership is an essential practice for the organization today. The accelerated changes require a particular analysis in each circumstance, this is achieved with the alignment and mobilization of individuals and work teams in a meaningful way to meet the institutional objectives: vision, mission and values; the characteristics to understand the pedagogical management is done through three aspects: planning, execution and evaluation of teachers. Therefore, the main objective is “to determine the relationship between managerial leadership with pedagogical management in teachers of the I.E. N° 00616, Naranjillo, 2023”. The study was framed in a non-applied quantitative research, with correlational design, and the following instruments were applied: Managerial leadership and pedagogical management questionnaire. It is concluded that “managerial leadership” reached a medium level with 73%, high with 19% and low with 8%, and pedagogical management obtained a high level with 94% and medium with 6%. The relationship between the manager's leadership and the planning dimension is very low positive with a value of rho = 0.006, the relationship between the manager's leadership and the execution dimension is very low positive with a value of rho = 0.051, the relationship between the manager's leadership and the evaluation dimension is low with a value of rho = 0.348, the relationship between the manager's consultative leadership and the pedagogical management is very low positive with a value of rho = 0.133, the relationship between participative managerial leadership and pedagogical management is moderate positive with a rho value = 0.444, the relationship between impositional managerial leadership and pedagogical management is very low positive with a rho value = 0.118, the relationship between "laisser faire" managerial leadership and pedagogical management is moderate negative with a rho value = -0.042, and the relationship between managerial leadership and pedagogical management is very low positive with a rho value = 0.110.
