Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo mejorar las competencias digitales del personal docente de las instituciones educativas del Valle Allcoyacu, San Pablo Bellavista a través de un plan de formación. Corresponde a un estudio de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo explicativo, enfoque cuantitativo, método deductivo, diseño pre experimental longitudinal. La muestra lo constituyeron 58 docentes pertenecientes a 4 Instituciones Educativas. La técnica de recojo de datos aplicado fue una prueba de evaluación compuesta por 29 preguntas. Los resultados mostraron que, el nivel de las competencias digitales del personal docente antes del plan de formación “Docencia virtual estuvo “En proceso” con 63.8 % y en “Inicio” con 36.2 %. El nivel de las competencias digitales del personal docente después del plan de formación “Docencia virtual pasó a estar en un nivel “Destacado” con 58.6 % y en “Logro” con 41.4 %. Finalmente, se llegó a concluir que, el plan de formación mejora significativamente las competencias digitales del personal docente de las instituciones educativas del Valle Allcoyacu, San Pablo Bellavista encontrándose un nivel de significancia por debajo del margen de error (0.000 < 0.05).
The objective of this research was to improve the digital skills of the teaching staff of the educational institutions of the Allcoyacu Valley, San Pablo Bellavista through a training plan. It corresponds to an applied type study, descriptive explanatory level, quantitative approach, deductive method, longitudinal pre-experimental design. The sample was made up of 58 teachers belonging to 4 Educational Institutions. The data collection technique applied was an evaluation test made up of 29 questions. The results showed that the level of digital skills of the teaching staff before the training plan "Virtual Teaching" was "In process" with 63.8% and in "Start" with 36.2%. The level of digital skills of teaching staff after the "Virtual Teaching" training plan became at an "Outstanding" level with 58.6% and in "Achievement" with 41.4%. Finally, it was concluded that the training plan significantly improves the digital skills of the teaching staff of the educational institutions of Valle Allcoyacu, San Pablo Bellavista, finding a level of significance below the margin of error (0.000 < 0.05).
