Abstract
Parto humanizado y satisfacción de la usuaria atendida en el Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, San Martín 2025
El parto humanizado es la sensibilización y el respeto que tiene el personal de salud para la atención del parto según los deseos de la madre. El parto humanizado, o parto respetado, es un modelo de atención que reconoce a la mujer como protagonista del proceso del parto, integrando sus necesidades emocionales, culturales y sociales. Promueve el respeto a su autonomía, la toma de decisiones informadas y la reducción de intervenciones innecesarias, en un marco de atención ética, segura y centrada en la gestante. Su objetivo primordial es un parto con una vivencia inolvidable y gustosa, con dignidad humana, donde la gestante es la actora de su propio parto. Este estudio tuvo como principal objetivo determinar la relación entre el parto humanizado y la satisfacción de las usuarias atendidas en el Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, San Martín 2025. Fue una investigación de tipo básica, con diseño no experimental, cuantitativa, transversal, descriptivo correlacional, tuvo una población de 63 puérperas de parto vaginal y se usó una muestra censal, se utilizó la técnica de encuesta, empleando como herramienta de recolección de datos un cuestionario. Resultados: el nivel de la atención del parto humanizado en la usuaria atendida en el Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, San Martín 2025. Fue de un nivel bajo con 92.1 %, seguido de 7.9 % como medio y ningún caso de un nivel alto. Asimismo, el grado de satisfacción en el parto humanizado de la usuaria atendida en el Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, San Martín 2025. Fue de un grado mayoritariamente regular 52.4 %, seguido de un grado bueno 47.6 % y ninguna usuaria manifestó un grado malo de satisfacción. No se identificó una relación estadísticamente significativa entre las distintas dimensiones del parto humanizado y la satisfacción reportada por las usuarias en el contexto del Hospital II-1 Moyobamba. En cuanto a la relación global entre el parto humanizado y la satisfacción de las usuarias en el Hospital II-1 Moyobamba San Martín 2025, se obtiene que existe una relación positiva débil pero estadísticamente significativa entre la atención humanizada y la satisfacción de las usuarias (p < 0.05).
Humanized Childbirth and User Satisfaction at Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, San Martín 2025 Humanized childbirth is the awareness and respect shown by healthcare personnel in childbirth care according to the mother's wishes. Humanized childbirth, or respected childbirth, is a model of care that recognizes women as protagonists of the birthing process, integrating their emotional, cultural, and social needs. It promotes respect for mothers' autonomy, informed decision-making, and the reduction of unnecessary interventions within a framework of ethical, safe, and mother-centered care. Its primary objective is to ensure a childbirth that is unforgettable and enjoyable, with human dignity, where the mother is the agent of her own birth. The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between humanized childbirth and the satisfaction of users treated at Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, San Martín 2025. This was a basic research with a non-experimental, quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational design. The study included a population of 63 postpartum women who had given vaginal birth and used a census sample. The survey technique was used, employing a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Results: The level of humanized childbirth care for patients treated at Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, San Martín 2025, was low at 92.1%, followed by 7.9% as medium, and no cases of high levels. Likewise, the degree of satisfaction with humanized childbirth among patients treated at Hospital II-1 Moyobamba, San Martín 2025, was mostly fair at 52.4%, followed by good at 47.6%, and no patients reported poor satisfaction. No statistically significant relationship was identified between the different dimensions of humanized childbirth and the satisfaction reported by patients in the context of Hospital II-1 Moyobamba. Regarding the overall relationship between humanized childbirth and user satisfaction at Hospital II-1 Moyobamba San Martín 2025, it is found that there is a weak but statistically significant positive relationship between humanized care and user satisfaction (p < 0.05).
