Conductas sexuales y medidas de prevención del paciente con VIH/SIDA, Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas - 2023

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la relación entre las conductas sexuales y las medidas de prevención del Paciente con VIH/SIDA en el Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas, 2023, al mismo tiempo el tipo de investigación fue básico, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y con un nivel correlacional, se realizó la encuesta que fueron validados por los expertos y posteriormente aplicados a los 118 pacientes con VIH/SIDA que fue la muestra de estudio, teniendo como resultado principal: Con respecto al objetivo general, se puede observar que, mediante la estadística utilizada para determinar la relación entre las variables de estudio, se pudo constatar que, si existe una relación entre las variables, es decir que mientras mejor sean las conductas sexuales mejor se aplicarán las medidas de prevención del VIH/SIDA en los pacientes del Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas. Concluyendo así, en cuanto al objetivo específico 1, donde se identifica el comportamiento de las dimensiones de la variable conductas sexuales, se muestra que la dimensión desorientación sexual manifestaron los encuestados que se encuentra en un nivel inadecuado con 58%, mientras que el consumo de sustancias también presenta un nivel inadecuado en un 53% y seguidamente la dimensión desconocimiento de protección que también se encuentra en un nivel inadecuado en un 69%. Por último, en cuanto a los resultados del objetivo específico 2, para ver el comportamiento de las dimensiones de la variable medidas de prevención que imparte el Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas, en cuanto a la dimensión de educación sexual se encuentra en un nivel adecuado en un 73%, en la dimensión asesoramiento sobre prácticas seguras se muestra que el 78% en un nivel inadecuado y en cuanto al despistaje periódico se encuentra en un nivel adecuado con un 60%.The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between risky sexual behaviors and prevention measures for patients with HIV/AIDS at the Santa Gema de Yurimaguas Hospital, 2023. Finally, regarding the results of specific objective 2, to see the behavior of the dimensions of the prevention measures variable taught by the Santa Gema de Yurimaguas Hospital, in terms of the sexual education dimension, it is at an adequate level in 73%, in the dimension of advice on safe practices it is shown that 78% are at an inadequate level and in terms of periodic screening it is at an adequate level with 60%.
