Abstract
Programa de estrategias pedagógicas para mejorar el fortalecimiento de las competencias docentes de la Institución Educativa CEBA Serafin Filomeno, 2022
El sistema educativo actual contempla nuevos retos debido a los cambios suscitados en los últimos años, por ello, los docentes deben mostrar competencias adecuadas para guiar a los estudiantes en su formación profesional; sin embargo, mediante el análisis de diversos casos se ha podido constatar que uno de los principales problemas inmersos en este contexto es el desempeño deficiente de gran parte de los profesionales de la educación, lo cual hace evidente la necesidad de aplicar programas de estrategias pedagógicas que favorezcan la formación docente en sus diferentes dimensiones, competencias y habilidades. El objetivo fue ejecutar el programa de estrategias pedagógicas para mejorar el fortaleciuna heteroevaluacióntencias docentes de la Institución Educativa CEBA Serafin Filomeno, 2022; se enmarcó en una metodología cuya investigación fue de tipo aplicada porque buscó solucionar un problema concreto y práctico dentro de la institución educativa; el estudio se desarrolló a nivel explicativo, se empleó un diseño preexperimental, específicamente a un solo grupo con pretest y postest; la muestra estuvo constituida por los 25 docentes; el instrumento utilizado fue un heteroevaluación. Los resultados indican que el programa de estrategias pedagógicas mejoró en las dimensiones Trabajo colaborativo, aprendizaje continuo, alcanzando un nivel muy desarrollado (FCDMD); se utilizó la prueba no paramétrica de Wilcoxon con un rango promedio de 13.00 y una suma de 325.00, reflejando un incremento uniforme en las puntuaciones. El valor de Z = -4.373 y la significación asintótica (bilateral) = 0.000; concluyendo la aplicación del programa de estrategias pedagógicas mejoró significativamente el fortalecimiento de las competencias docentes de la Institución Educativa CEBA Serafín Filomeno, 2022.
Program of Pedagogical Strategies to Strengthen Teaching Competencies at CEBA Serafín Filomeno Educational Institution, 2022 The current educational system contemplates new challenges due to the changes that have occurred in recent years, therefore, teachers must show adequate competencies to guide students in their professional training. Nevertheless, through the analysis of various cases it has been possible to verify that one of the main problems immersed in this context is the deficient performance of a large part of the education professionals, which makes evident the need to apply programs of pedagogical strategies that favor teacher training in its different dimensions, competencies and skills. The objective was to implement the program of pedagogical strategies to improve the teaching skills of teachers at the CEBA Serafin Filomeno Educational Institution, 2022. It was framed in a methodology whose research was applied because it sought to solve a concrete and practical problem within the educational institution; the study was developed at an explanatory level, a pre-experimental design was used, specifically a single group with pretest and posttest. The sample consisted of 25 teachers and the instrument used was a heteroevaluation. The results indicate that the pedagogical strategies program improved in the dimensions Collaborative work, continuous learning, achieved a very developed level (FCDMD); the nonparametric Wilcoxon test was used with an average range of 13.00 and a sum of 325.00, reflecting a uniform increase in the scores. The Z value = -4.373 and the asymptotic significance (bilateral) = 0.000 lead to the conclusion that the application of the pedagogical strategies program significantly improved the strengthening of teaching competencies at the Educational Institution CEBA Serafin Filomeno, 2022.
