Abstract
Gestión directiva y clima institucional en docentes de las instituciones educativas rurales de las Delicias y La Libertad, Rioja, 2023
La gestión directiva son procesos de gestión que implica generar espacios de diálogo con los profesores, estudiantes, padres de familia y los representantes de la sociedad civil con la finalidad de alcanzar los objetivos institucionales planteados en su proyecto educativo, también mejora la convivencia escolar, logros de aprendizaje, logros administrativos y clima institucional; por ello, se plantea el objetivo primordial de determinar la relación entre la gestión directiva con el clima institucional en docentes de las instituciones educativas rurales de las Delicias y La Libertad, Rioja, 2023. El estudio se insertó en el sistema cuantitativo, de tipo no aplicada, con diseño correlacional, y se aplicaron los instrumentos: Cuestionario de gestión directiva y clima institucional. Se concluye que la relación entre la gestión directiva con la estructura del clima institucional en docentes de las escuelas rurales de las Delicias y La Libertad es positiva baja con rho=0,352; con la recompensa es positiva baja con rho=0,228; con el riesgo es positiva baja con rho=0,367; con las relaciones es positiva baja con rho=0,301; con las normas es positiva baja con rho=0,320; con el conflicto es positiva baja con rho=0,207; con la identidad es positiva baja con rho=0,237, por lo que indican que no existen relaciones significativas. Mientras que la relación entre la gestión directiva con la responsabilidad es negativa moderada con rho= -0,606; con la cooperación es positiva moderada con rho=0,487, por lo que indican que existe relaciones significativas. Finalmente, la relación entre la gestión directiva con el clima institucional en docentes de las escuelas rurales de las Delicias y La Libertad, Rioja, 2023 es positiva moderada con rho=0,496, por lo que indica que existe relación significativa.
Directive management and institutional climate in teachers of the rural educational institutions of Las Delicias and La Libertad, Rioja, 2023 Directive management are management processes that involve generating spaces for dialogue with teachers, students, parents and representatives of civil society in order to achieve the institutional objectives set out in its educational project, as well as improving school coexistence, learning achievements, administrative achievements and institutional climate. Therefore, the main objective is to determine the relationship between directive management and institutional climate in teachers of rural educational institutions of Las Delicias and La Libertad, Rioja, 2023.
