Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo Determinar la asociación que existe entre el desempeño profesional y la calidad de Atención prenatal en las gestantes del Hospital II-1 MINSA Moyobamba de enero a marzo 2016.
El tipo de investigación fue cuantitativa, descriptiva - prospectiva, de corte transversal, diseño Correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 258 gestantes (Hospital II-1 MINSA Moyobamba), la técnica que se utilizó la entrevista con duración de 20 a 30 minutos y como instrumento una ficha cuestionario estructurada que nos ayudó a medir la calidad de atención.
Los resultados encontrados fueron: el nivel de desempeño profesional desarrollado durante la atención prenatal en el Hospital MINSA II – 1 Moyobamba es Regular en un 41,7% y bajo y destacado en un 4,2% respectivamente. Los indicadores de Desempeño Profesional que resaltan en la dimensión cognitiva son: resolución de problemas en entornos nuevos o poco conocidos (58,3%), capacidad de comprender las bases teóricas de las diferentes patologías de la gestante (54,2%) En la dimensión actitudinal y social: a veces aplica los principios éticos de la profesión (75,0%); se expresa correctamente en forma oral y escrita con dominio del lenguaje (70,8%); posee la capacidad de trabajar en equipo (66,7%) .Y en la dimensión capacidad técnica, el profesional siempre y casi siempre conoce y maneja adecuadamente la evaluación obstétrica (75,0%); a veces aplica medidas de asepsia y de bioseguridad en todo procedimiento que realiza (54,2% respectivamente). El nivel de calidad alcanzado según la satisfacción de la usuaria es Alto en un 63,6%, con tendencia a Medio en un 36,0%. Los Indicadores de Calidad en la dimensión técnico científico que resaltan son: examen completo y minucioso (73,6%), provisión adecuada de medicamentos (68,2%) y absolución de dudas respecto al problema de salud (63,2%). En la dimensión humana resaltan: profesional mantiene el interés a escuchar su problema (62,0%), respeto a su privacidad (61,6%) y trato amable, confianza durante la atención médica (61,2% respectivamente). En la dimensión entorno, satisfacción con la limpieza y comodidad en la sala de espera (69,8%), servicios higiénicos (68,2%) y la señalización adecuada (65,1%).
Se concluye que, existe asociación altamente significativa entre el Desempeño Profesional y la Calidad de Atención prenatal de las gestantes atendidas en el Hospital MINSA II-I Moyobamba (X2 = 28.410; p = 0.0000). (p<0,05).
The study aimed to determine the association between professional performance and the quality of prenatal care in the pregnant women of Hospital II-1 MINSA Moyobamba from January to March 2016. The type of research was quantitative, descriptive - prospective, cross - sectional, with a Correlational design. The sample consisted of 258 pregnant women who were attended at the Hospital II-1 MINSA Moyobamba.. the technique, and The interviews process lasted from 20 to 30 minutes was used and as a tool a structured questionnaire that helped us to measure the quality of care received by the client assisted in the prenatal care office. The results found were: the level of professional performance developed during prenatal care in the MINSA II - 1 Moyobamba Hospital is 41.7% and 4.2% respectively. The professional performance indicators that stand out in the cognitive dimension are: resolution of problems in new or poorly understood environments (58.3%), ability to understand the theoretical bases of the different pathologies of the pregnant woman (54.2%) . In the attitude and social dimension: sometimes applies the ethical principles of the profession (75.0%); Is correctly expressed in oral and written language domain (70.8%); Has the capacity to work as a team (66.7%) . And in the technical capacity dimension, it is predominant that the professional always and almost always knows and handles obstetric evaluation adequately (75.0%); Sometimes applies measures of asepsis and biosafety in every procedure performed (54.2% respectively), The Quality Indicators in the scientific technical dimension that stand out are: thorough and thorough examination (73.6%), adequate provision of medicines (68.2%) and absolution of doubts regarding the health problem (63.2%). In the human dimension, professionals are interested in hearing their problem (62.0%), respect for their privacy (61.6%) and friendly treatment, trust in medical care (61.2% respectively). In the environment dimension, satisfaction with cleanliness and comfort in the waiting room (69.8%), hygienic services (68.2%) and adequate signage (65.1%).
