Abstract
La propuesta del centro de alto rendimiento tiene como objetivo mejorar el nivel competitivo de los deportistas calificados de la región San Martin mediante la aplicación de características arquitectónicas de un centro de alto rendimiento. Las características funcionales del centro de alto rendimiento se determinaron utilizando fuentes bibliográficas de casos referentes, trabajo en campo, recolección de datos, entrevistas y encuestas en diferentes puntos de la región.
El Terreno elegido es en el Distrito Banda de Shilcayo, Prolongación Las Margaritas con Carretera F. Belaunde Terry; la zona está destinada para otros usos según el diagnóstico y trabajo realizado en campo; la creación de un conjunto arquitectónico moderno y funcional con espacios confortables, con correcta iluminación y ventilación, con áreas verdes que contribuirá a la dinamización social-recreativa y educativa de esta zona urbana.
Será un centro de aprendizaje deportivo de interacción constante, un lugar de encuentro entre grupos humanos de las diferentes procedencias de la región y del país.
Se realizó una propuesta arquitectónica para cubrir las necesidades actuales, se prevé satisfacer la demanda de los usuarios con una proyección de 10 años. La propuesta de diseño del Centro de Alto Rendimiento tiene como consecuencia mejorar el nivel competitivo de los deportistas calificados de la Región San Martin mediante el equipamiento deportivo para las disciplinas de vóley, futbol, básquet, natación, judo, lucha y atletismo; además este debe contener espacios complementarios como alimentación, descanso, preparación física, preparación teórica, atención médica y recreación; las características formales los volúmenes deben estar orientados para aprovechar la energía renovable y vegetación nativa. Los deportistas de la región reciban un mejor entrenamiento y capacitación de tal forma que puedan competir en torneos nacionales e internacionales.
The purpose of the proposal for a high-performance center is to improve the competitive level of qualified athletes in the San Martin region through the application of architectural characteristics of a high-performance center. The functional characteristics of the high-performance center were determined using bibliographic sources of reference cases, field work, data collection, interviews and surveys in different parts of the region. The chosen land is located in the Banda de Shilcayo District, Prolongación Las Margaritas con Carretera F. Belaunde Terry; the area is intended for other uses according to the diagnosis and work done in the field. The creation of a modern and functional architectural complex with comfortable spaces, proper lighting and ventilation, and green areas will contribute to the social-recreational and educational dynamization of this urban area. It would be a sports learning center of constant interaction, a meeting place for human groups from different origins of the region and the country. An architectural proposal was made to meet current needs, and it is expected to satisfy the demand of users with a 10-year projection. The design proposal for the high-performance center aims to improve the competitive level of qualified athletes in the San Martin Region by providing sports equipment for volleyball, soccer, basketball, swimming, judo, wrestling and athletics; it should also contain complementary spaces such as food, rest, physical preparation, theoretical preparation, medical care and recreation. The formal characteristics of the volumes should be oriented to take advantage of renewable energy and native vegetation. Athletes from the region should receive better training so that they can compete in national and international tournaments.
