Abstract
El sentido de conciencia y desarrollo de habilidades blandas son importantes para todo ser humano, más aún para aquellos estudiantes que están en proceso de aprendizajes y potenciación de capacidades y conocimientos constantes orientadas a la comunicación y adaptabilidad en un entorno específico. Todo esto se ve reflejado al desarrollar talleres o feedback que fomenten los trabajos en equipos para mejor empatía y colaboración entre ellos; esto se va dar con metodologías específicas generando raciocinio y reflexión con el acompañamiento del docente en todo el proceso de adaptabilidad. Sin embargo la falta de conocimientos y poco interés que ponen los colegios en la currícula para el desarrollo del mismo, porque hay docentes que desconocen del tema y por ende no hay involucramiento con estudiantes; porque si fuese común, los estudiantes tendrían capacidades de pensar de forma crítica para discrepar y formular diversas propuestas de lo más sencillo a lo más complejo a fin de tomar mejor decisiones para solucionar los impases que no solo será para lo personal sino para todos los niveles y campos. Frente a este contexto es necesario aplicar métodos que ayuden a trabajar bajo el diálogo en entendimiento mutuo de forma lógica con capacidad de negociar en beneficio de ambos con climas socio afectivos dando a conocer el potencial de cada estudiante al desenvolverse con los demás y favoreciendo su empoderamiento con mayor autonomía. En efecto, como objetivo general se plantea evaluar la influencia de las habilidades blandas en el pensamiento crítico en estudiantes el 4to de secundaria de la I.E Ofelia Velásquez - Tarapoto. Respecto a materiales y métodos de estudios, será tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo-explicativo, diseño no experimental. La población será de 259 estudiantes existentes en cada sección pertenecientes a la I.E Ofelia Velásquez, siendo ellos la muestra estratificada aleatoria a estudiar para identificar la influencia de sus habilidades blandas en el pensamiento crítico de cada estudiante; y para la muestra se consideró el muestreo aleatorio simple de tipo probabilístico. Que son los 37 estudiantes del 4to C de la I.E Ofelia Velásquez. Finalmente, el instrumento aplicado es el cuestionario y como resultados se obtuvo que hay correlación positiva no significativa con grado de relación baja. Llegando a concluir que las habilidades blandas influyen en el pensamiento crítico de estudiantes del 4to secundaria.
The sense of awareness and development of soft skills are important for every human being, even more so for those students who are in the process of learning and empowerment of skills and constant knowledge oriented to communication and adaptability in a specific environment. All this is reflected in the development of workshops or feedback that encourage teamwork for better empathy and collaboration among them; this is going to be given with specific methodologies generating reasoning and reflection with the accompaniment of the teacher throughout the process of adaptability. However, the lack of knowledge and little interest that schools put in the curriculum for the development of this topic, is due to the fact that there are teachers who do not know about the subject and therefore there is no involvement with students. If it were common, students would have the ability to think critically to disagree and formulate various proposals from the simplest to the most complex in order to make better decisions to solve the impasses that will not only be for the personal but for all levels and fields. In this context, it is necessary to apply methods that help to work under dialogue in mutual understanding in a logical way with the ability to negotiate for the benefit of both with socio-affective climates, making known the potential of each student to develop with others and promoting their empowerment with greater autonomy. In effect, the general objective is to evaluate the influence of soft skills in critical thinking in students in the 4th year of secondary school at Ofelia Velásquez High School in Tarapoto. Concerning materials and methods of study, it is an applied type, with a descriptive-explanatory level and non-experimental design. The population consisted of 259 existing students in each section belonging to the I.E Ofelia Velasquez, being them the stratified random sample to be studied to identify the influence of their soft skills in the critical thinking of each student. For the sample, simple random probability sampling was used, consisting of 37 students in 4th grade of Ofelia Velásquez High School. Finally, the instrument applied was the questionnaire and the results showed that there is a non-significant positive correlation with a low degree of relationship. It was concluded that soft skills influence the critical thinking of 4th high school students.
