Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la influencia del diseño de un programa educativo basado en TIC en las competencias comerciales en los emprendedores de Tarapoto, 2022. Se desarrolló un estudio de tipo aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, método deductivo, diseño experimental de tipo pre experimental longitudinal de alcance descriptivo explicativo. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 50 emprendedores de la ciudad de Tarapoto. Se utilizó la técnica de encuesta para la recolección de datos, y el instrumento empleado fue un cuestionario. Los resultados revelaron que, antes de la implementación del programa educativo basado en TIC, el nivel de competencias digitales de los emprendedores era bajo, teniendo una representación del 68 % de la muestra analizada, además, el 32 % restante tenían un nivel medio de competencia. Después de haber realizado y llevado a cabo la implementación del programa educativo fundamentado en TIC, el nivel de competencias de los emprendedores fue alto, teniendo una concentración del 62 %, además, se evidenció un nivel medio en el 38 % restante del total de la muestra analizada. Finalmente, se llegó a concluir que, el diseño de un programa educativo basado en TIC tiene influencia significativa en las competencias comerciales en los emprendedores, esto debido a que en la prueba t-Student para muestras relacionadas mostró un nivel de significancia de 0.000, siendo inferior al margen de error establecido, es decir, (0,000 < 0,050).
The objective of this research was to evaluate the influence of the design of an ICT-based educational program on business skills in entrepreneurs in Tarapoto, 2022. An applied study was developed, with a quantitative approach, deductive method, longitudinal pre-experimental experimental design of a descriptive-explanatory scope. The sample consisted of 50 entrepreneurs from the city of Tarapoto. The survey technique was used for data collection, and the instrument used was a questionnaire. The results revealed that, before the implementation of the ICT-based educational program, the level of digital skills of entrepreneurs was low, having a representation of 68% of the analyzed sample, in addition, the remaining 32% had a medium level of competence. After having carried out and carried out the implementation of the ICT-based educational program, the level of skills of entrepreneurs was high, having a concentration of 62%, in addition, a medium level was evident in the remaining 38% of the total sample analyzed. Finally, it was concluded that the design of an educational program based on ICT has a significant influence on the commercial skills of entrepreneurs, this is because the t-Student test for related samples showed a significance level of 0.000, being lower than the established margin of error, that is, (0.000 < 0.050).
