Abstract

Lactancia materna y apego madre e hijo de 0 - 6 meses atendidos en el centro de salud Morales, 2023 El presente estudio se enmarcó en un nivel básico, cuyo enfoque fue cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental; la población se conformó por 30 madres de familia cuyos hijos oscilan entre los 0-6 meses siendo la muestra la misma cantidad. Referente al recojo de datos, la técnica de recolección se empleó la encuesta y la observación, siendo como instrumentos el cuestionario y la guía de observación. Los resultados de la investigación se observaron que la mayor parte de las mujeres son madres con dos hijos, siendo el 53.3% de ellos varones y el 46.7% mujeres, predominando en edades de 5 a 6 meses. En cuanto a las madres, la edad más frecuente se encuentra entre los 20 y 41 años, siendo la mayoría solteras o viudas. En términos de educación, el 60% tiene estudios de nivel secundario y un 40% se dedica principalmente a ser amas de casa. Aludiendo al nivel de la variable lactancia materna es inadecuada siendo prevalente en un 56.7%, en contraste con el 43.3% de las madres que demuestran tener prácticas de lactancia adecuadas. Con relación al apego, se evidenció que un 76.7% de las madres tienen un vínculo de apego inseguro ambivalente con sus hijos, en tanto que un 23.3% manifestaron tener una relación de apego seguro con ellos. La conclusión del estudio a través del estadístico Chi cuadrado el valor p asociado a esta prueba fue de 0,368, en consecuencia, se declaró que no existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre lactancia materna y apego madre e hijo de 0 - 6 meses atendidos en el centro de salud Morales, 2023.

Breastfeeding and mother-infant attachment from 0 - 6 months attended at the Morales health center, 2023. The present study was carried out at a basic level, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design; the population consisted of 30 mothers whose children are aged between 0-6 months, and the sample was the same number. Regarding data collection, the collection technique used was the survey and observation, and the instruments used were the questionnaire and the observation guide. The results of the investigation showed that most of the women are mothers with two children, 53.3% of them being boys and 46.7% girls, predominantly between the ages of 5 and 6 months. The most frequent age of the mothers was between 20 and 41 years, most of them being single or widowed. In terms of education, 60% have a secondary school education and 40% are mainly dedicated to being housewives. In terms of the level of breastfeeding variable, breastfeeding is inadequate, being prevalent in 56.7%, in contrast with 43.3% of mothers who demonstrate adequate breastfeeding practices. In relation to attachment, it was found that 76.7% of the mothers had an ambivalent insecure attachment bond with their children, while 23.3% stated that they had a secure attachment relationship with them. The conclusion of the study through the Chi-square statistic, the p-value associated with this test was 0.368, consequently, it was declared that there is no statistically significant relationship between breastfeeding and mother-child attachment between 0 and 6 months of age at the Morales Health Center, 2023.
