Abstract

Impacto del COVID 19 en la salud sexual y reproductiva en adolescentes atendidas en el Centro de Salud Cacatachi, 2024. El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el impacto del COVID 19 en la salud sexual y reproductiva en adolescentes atendidas en el Centro de salud Cacatachi, 2024. El tipo de investigación fue básica, nivel descriptivo – correlacional de corte transversal, diseño no experimental. La muestra estaba conformada por 30 adolescentes sexualmente activas del Centro de Salud Cacatachi. Resultados: El impacto del COVID- 19 en la accesibilidad del método anticonceptivo en adolescentes; los resultados de la prueba T de student arroja un valor de 3,684 y un p valor =0.002; indicando que existe un impacto negativo (p < 0,05). El Impacto del COVID- 19 en el uso de los métodos anticonceptivos en adolescentes; los resultados de la prueba T de student arroja un valor de 3,199 y un p valor =0.005; indicando que existe un impacto negativo (p < 0,05). El Impacto del COVID- 19 en la Proporción de adolescentes con abuso sexual en adolescentes; los resultados de la prueba T de student arroja un valor de -2,517 y un p valor =0.021; indicando que existe un impacto negativo (p < 0,05). El Impacto del COVID- 19 en el embarazo adolescente en adolescentes; los resultados de la prueba T de student arroja un valor de -2,349 y un p valor =0.030; indicando que existe un impacto negativo (p < 0,05). Al aplicar el coeficiete de determinación entre la valoración obtenida respecto al impacto del COVID- 19 en la salud sexual y reproductiva en adolescentes, se obtuvo R2= 0.942, lo que indica que el COVID 19 influye un 94,2% en la salud sexual y reproductiva en las adolescentes del Centro de Salud Cacatachi, 2024. Concluye, el impacto del COVID 19 en la salud sexual y reproductiva en adolescentes fue negativo en las adolescentes del Centro de Salud Cacatachi.

Results: The impact of COVID-19 on the accessibility of contraceptive methods in adolescents according to the Student's t-test yields a value of 3.684 and a p-value =0.002; indicating that there is a negative impact (p < 0.05). Regarding the impact of COVID-19 on the use of contraceptive methods in adolescents, the results of the Student's t-test yielded a value of 3.199 and a p-value =0.005, indicating that there is a negative impact (p < 0.05). In terms of the impact of COVID-19 on the proportion of adolescents with sexual abuse in adolescents, the results of the Student's t-test yielded a value of -2.517 and a p-value =0.021, indicating a negative impact (p < 0.05). For the Impact of COVID-19 on adolescent pregnancy in adolescents, the results of the Student's t-test yielded a value of -2.349 and a p-value =0.030, indicating that there is a negative impact (p < 0.05). When applying the coefficient of determination between the evaluation obtained regarding the impact of COVID-19 on sexual and reproductive health in adolescents, R2= 0.942 was obtained, indicating that COVID-19 has a 94.2% influence on sexual and reproductive health in adolescents at the Cacatachi Health Center, 2024. In conclusion, the impact of COVID 19 on sexual and reproductive health in adolescents was negative at the Cacatachi Health Center.
