Calidad de software y su impacto en la eficiencia y portabilidad en el sistema transaccional SELIVEN, Tarapoto 2024

Abstract

La identificación de la relevancia de la calidad del software en la eficiencia y portabilidad en SELIVEN permite a un investigador llevar a cabo la investigación de la siguiente manera. El estudio de investigación en cuestión es Investigación de la relación de calidad del software y la eficiencia y portabilidad en el sistema transaccional SELIVEN, Tarapoto 2024. Este es un estudio de investigación aplicado en especificidad al enfoque cuantitativo, en la naturaleza dirigido marco dedublicto con nivel relacional, y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población y la muestra estuvieron representadas por 35 usuario de SELIVEN. La recolección de datos incluyó el uso de un cuestionario y una encuesta. Los resultados del estudio mostraron la calidad del software en SELIVEN como sistema transaccional con el promedio de 62.9% de los usuarios. Es importante mencionar que 57.1% de los participantes calificaron eficiencia y portabilidad como muy eficiente y portátil. Asimismo, el análisis de correlación entre funcionalidad y eficiencia-portabilidad en SELIVEN mostró una relación positiva fuerte con Rho = 0.824. Además, el estudio mostró que la fiabilidad está notablemente correlacionada con la eficiencia-portabilidad con Rho = 0.74. Así, se pudo concluir que la calidad del software influye significativamente en la eficiencia y portabilidad con un coeficiente fuerte, Rho = 0.887, y R^2’= 0.7867, lo que implica 78.67% de la varianza se puede explicar a través de la influencia de la calidad del software.

Identifying the relevance of software quality to efficiency and portability in SELIVEN allows a researcher to conduct the research as follows. The research study in question is "Investigation of the Relationship between Software Quality and Efficiency and Portability in the SELIVEN Transactional System, Tarapoto 2024." This is an applied research study specifically with a quantitative approach, directed by a deduplicative framework with a relational level, and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population and sample were represented by 35 SELIVEN users. Data collection included the use of a questionnaire and a survey. The results of the study showed the quality of the software in SELIVEN as a transactional system with an average of 62.9% of users. It is important to mention that 57.1% of participants rated efficiency and portability as very efficient and portable. Likewise, the correlation analysis between functionality and efficiency-portability in SELIVEN showed a strong positive relationship with Rho = 0.824. Furthermore, the study showed that reliability is significantly correlated with efficiency-portability, with a Rho of 0.74. Thus, it was concluded that software quality significantly influences efficiency and portability, with a strong coefficient, Rho of 0.887, and R^2 of 0.7867, implying that 78.67% of the variance can be explained by the influence of software quality.
