Abstract

Tratamiento de aguas servidas y el Derecho al ambiente saludable –Sauce 2022 Sabemos que vivir en ambientes sanos es un derecho que debemos gozar todos sin excepción, sin embargo, este se ve vulnerado cada vez más y con mayor grado a consecuencia de la falta de tratamiento de aguas servidas, generando preocupación para la vida de sus habitantes, siendo alarmante en todo nuestro país y el mundo. Esta investigación desarrollada tiene como objetivo general Determinar la relación entre tratamiento de agua servidas y el derecho al ambiente saludable – Sauce 2022, asimismo como objetivos específicos Identificar como se trata las aguas servidas y Conocer las dimensiones del Derecho al ambiente saludable. Esta investigación fue desarrollada en uno de los caseríos del Distrito de Sauce, específicamente caserío dos de mayo, Provincia y Departamento de San Martín, utilizando técnicas a través de entrevistas para lograr un resultado óptimo y eficiente; de tipo básico, cualitativo, descriptivo, diseño teórico de revisión sistemática, con instrumentos de recolecciones de datos recojo de información a través de entrevista. Siendo fundamental para brindar una posible solución a la problemática que afecta a toda una población del caserío dos de mayo, distrito de Sauce. Obteniendo finalmente como resultado que se evidenció vulneración del Derecho al ambiente saludable, se evidenció daño para desarrollar actividades de los pobladores del caserío y la relación entre tratamiento del agua servidas y derechos al ambiente saludable es directa, negativa; recomendando a las autoridades competentes velar por la seguridad ambiental, al estar poniendo en alto riesgo la vida de toda una población y urge dar solución a este problema de gran impacto.

However, this right is increasingly being violated due to the lack of wastewater treatment, generating concern for the lives of its inhabitants, which is alarming throughout the country and the world. The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between wastewater treatment and the right to a healthy environment - Sauce 2022, and the specific objectives are to identify how wastewater is treated and to determine the dimensions of the right to a healthy environment. This research was developed in one of the hamlets of the District of Sauce, specifically in the hamlet of Dos de Mayo, Province and Department of San Martin, using techniques through interviews to achieve an optimal and efficient result. It is a basic, qualitative, descriptive, theoretical research, with a design of systematic review, the interview was the instrument. for data collection and information gathering. It is essential to provide a possible solution to the problem that affects the entire population of the hamlet of Dos de Mayo, Sauce district. Finally, it was found that the right to a healthy environment was violated, there was evidence of damage to the activities of the inhabitants of the hamlet and the relationship between wastewater treatment and the right to a healthy environment is direct and negative. It is recommended that the competent authorities ensure environmental safety, since the lives of the entire population are at high risk and a solution to this problem of great impact is urgently needed.
