Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo “determinar los principales factores asociados al incumplimiento del llenado correcto de las notas de enfermería en el servicio de medicina del Hospital Amazónico de Yarinacocha, Julio a Diciembre del 2017”. Estudio descriptivo, prospectivo, transversal; correlacional. La población fue 7 enfermeras/os y 126 hojas de anotaciones de enfermería, como instrumentos de recolección de datos se aplicó un cuestionario y se aplicó una lista de cotejo, a través de observación directa y evaluación.
Los resultados fueron: los factores personales que limitan el correcto llenado de las notas de enfermería son: la falta de conocimientos del PAE y SOAPIE (100%), el exceso de trabajo (57,1%) y el estado emocional estresado (42,9%); Entre los factores institucionales: la demanda de pacientes (100%), deficiente número de enfermeras/os (100%), la no actualización (71,4%), la falta de reconocimiento (71,4%) y la falta de normas escritas (57,1%). Respecto a la calidad de las notas: 92% cumplen con llenar correctamente la hoja, según contenido 79,4% no formula adecuadamente los diagnósticos, 47,6% no utiliza etiquetas diagnosticas de la NANDA, 65,1% no registra adecuadamente el objetivo del plan de cuidado.
En conclusión: los factores personales no guardan asociación con el incumplimiento del correcto llenado de las notas de enfermería p-valor > 0,05 y un valor X2Crít > X2Cal (95%), sólo el factor institucional acciones de supervisión está asociado, p=0,008 (p < 0,05).
