Abstract
The objective of this research was: to evaluate the influence of the SCROSAM Comprehensive System in the Administrative Process of the XIII San Martín Regional College of Obstetricians in the year 2024. It corresponds to an applied study, explanatory level, quantitative approach, deductive method and preliminary design. . experimental longitudinals. The sample was made up of 45 members of the XIII San Martín Regional College of Obstetricians. The survey was applied as a technique and the questionnaire was used as an instrument. The results showed that, before the implementation of the SCROSAM Comprehensive System, the school's administrative process was considered deficient by 93.3% of the members, while only 6.7% rated it as regular. With this, a SCROSAM Comprehensive System was developed where the efficiency and centralization of administrative processes was improved, eliminating dependence on previous systems and optimizing internal management. After the implementation of the SCROSAM Comprehensive System, the administrative process was perceived as efficient by 95.6% of the members, which represents a significant improvement compared to the previous perception. The statistical test carried out showed a significant improvement in the perception of the administrative process after the implementation of the SCROSAM Comprehensive System, with a difference of 19,978 points between the means before and after the system, and a p-value <0.05. These data support that SCROSAM has had a positive and considerable impact on the school administration.
