Abstract

Aprendizaje autónomo y la competencia resuelve problemas de cantidad en los estudiantes de 5º de la I.E 00123-Segunda Jerusalén, 2022 El aprendizaje autónomo juega un papel fundamental tanto en el crecimiento educativo como personal, particularmente cuando se trata de enfrentar problemas matemáticos diarios. Esta capacidad esencial anima a los estudiantes a ir más allá de los límites de una educación formal, estimulando su interés y ampliando su entendimiento de los números y cómo se aplican en contextos diarios y científicos. Al mismo tiempo, el aprendizaje independiente permite que desarrollen un pensamiento crítico sólido, crucial no solo para solucionar problemas, sino también para comprender los principios y aplicaciones detrás de las soluciones. Este tipo de aprendizaje equipa a los estudiantes para enfrentar y adaptarse a problemas matemáticos nuevos o atípicos, promoviendo una actitud flexible y creativa. Asimismo, el aprendizaje autodirigido les enseña a gestionar el fracaso y a perseverar frente a los retos, habilidades imprescindibles en el manejo de problemas matemáticos complejos. El objetivo principal de este estudio fue Determinar la relación entre el aprendizaje autónomo y la competencia resuelve problemas de cantidad en los estudiantes de 5° de la I.E 00123, Segunda Jerusalén, 2022. Esta investigación fue de tipo básica, ya que buscó generar conocimientos y principios que pudieran ser aplicados a situaciones específicas dentro del ámbito educativo. El estudio se enmarcó dentro de un nivel descriptivo-correlacional, lo que permitió describir las características de la población estudiada y establecer relaciones entre dos o más variables o conceptos; el estudio consistió en una muestra de 115 estudiantes del quinto grado de primaria de la Institución Educativa 00123-Segunda Jerusalén, seleccionada para evaluar la efectividad del aprendizaje autónomo en la mejora de habilidades matemáticas; el diseño de la investigación fue no experimental, implicando que los datos se recogieron sin manipular las variables estudiadas. En el estudio se concluye que existe una correlación significativa entre el aprendizaje autónomo y la competencia resuelve problemas de cantidad en los estudiantes de 5° de la I.E 00123, Segunda Jerusalén, 2022.

Autonomous Learning and Competency in Solving Quantity Problems Among 5th Grade Students at I.E. 00123-Segunda Jerusalén, 2022 Autonomous learning plays a fundamental role in both educational and personal growth, particularly when it comes to tackling everyday mathematical problems. This essential ability encourages students to go beyond the boundaries of a formal education, stimulating their interest and broadening their understanding of numbers and how they apply in everyday and scientific contexts. At the same time, independent learning allows them to develop solid critical thinking, crucial not only to solve problems, but also to understand the principles and applications behind the solutions. This type of learning equips students to confront and adapt to new or atypical mathematical problems, promoting a flexible and creative attitude. Likewise, self-directed learning teaches them to manage failure and persevere in the face of challenges, essential skills in handling complex mathematical problems. The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between self-directed learning and the competence to solve quantity problems in 5th grade students of I.E 00123, Segunda Jerusalén, 2022. This research was of a basic type, since it sought to generate knowledge and principles that could be applied to specific situations within the educational field. The study was framed within a descriptive-correlational level, which made it possible to describe the characteristics of the population under study and to establish relationships between two or more variables or concepts. The study consisted of a sample of 115 fifth grade elementary school students from the Educational Institution 00123- Segunda Jerusalén, selected to evaluate the effectiveness of autonomous learning in the improvement of mathematical skills; the research design was non-experimental, implying that the data were collected without manipulating the variables studied. The study concludes that there is a significant correlation between autonomous learning and the competence to solve quantity problems in 5th grade students of I.E 00123, Segunda Jerusalén, 2022.
