Abstract
“Método Pólya” y las estructuras aditivas en estudiantes del cuarto grado de educación primaria de la I.E N° 00537– Rioja
Existe una casa de estudios que está dentro de los límites territoriales de la provincia de Rioja, es la prestigiosa escuelita “Matilde del Águila Velásquez”, más conocida como la escuelita Pampas Verdes, existe gran preocupación debido a los puntajes que los estudiantes obtuvieron en la conocida Evaluación Censal realizada durante el año 2018, de cuarto grado de primaria en matemática, debido a que el 2,4%, de estudiantes se encuentran en un nivel incluso menor a inicio, en inicio 16,5%, en proceso 43,5 %, y en satisfactorio 37,6 %. Si bien los niños y niñas evidenciaron que su promedio en cuanto a su nivel de rendimiento fue satisfactorio es mayor al porcentaje nacional, regional y provincial, sin embargo, existe un gran porcentaje de estudiantes que les falta transitar al nivel satisfactorio, es por ello que es demasiado importante, más que nunca, trabajar en función a la adecuación de las diversas prácticas pedagogas en por de poder revertir esta situación de los estudiantes de 4° grado. El objetivo general es establecer la influencia de la aplicación del “Método Pólya” en el desarrollo de estructuras aditivas en los estudiantes del cuarto grado de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa N° 00537 “Matilde del Águila Velásquez” - Rioja. Se hizo uso de un estudio de tipo investigación aplicada, el diseño que se empleó fue el analítico pues engloba tres grandes estrategias: experimental, cuasi-experimental y ex post facto”. Finalmente, en los resultados se evidenció que el grado de correlación que existe entre la variable 1 y la variable 2, es decir, “método Pólya” y “estructuras aditivas” es positiva muy baja, siendo explicadas por sólo el 1.87% de variación de los puntajes obtenidos en la medición del método Pólya, en los puntajes del desarrollo de las estructuras aditivas, indicando que no hay suficiente evidencia para comprobar que el “Método Pólya” haya influido positivamente en el desarrollo de estructuras aditivas de los infantes que fueron objeto de muestra, los mismos que son pertenecientes a la educación básica, ciclo cuatro, grado 1 de la Institución Educativa “Matilde del Águila Velásquez” de la ciudad de Rioja, durante este periodo anual correspondiente al 2024.
The “Pólya Method” and additive structures in students of the fourth grade of primary education at I.E N° 00537- Rioja A school exists within the territorial limits of the province of Rioja, it is the prestigious little school “Matilde del Águila Velásquez”, better known as the little school Pampas Verdes, where there is a great concern due to the scores that the students obtained in the well-known Censal Evaluation carried out during the year 2018. In mathematics in fourth grade of primary school, 2.4% of the students are in a level even lower than the beginning, 16.5% in the beginning, 43.5% in the process, and 37.6% in satisfactory. Although the children showed that the average at satisfactory level of achievement is higher than the national, regional and provincial percentages, there is nevertheless a large percentage of students who still do not reach the satisfactory level. That is the reason why it is very important to work on the adequacy of the different pedagogical practices in order to reverse this situation among 4th grade students. The general objective is to establish the influence of the application of the “Polya Method” in the development of additive structures in students of the fourth grade of primary education of the Educational Institution N° 00537 “Matilde del Águila Velásquez” - Rioja. An applied research type study was carried out, the design used was analytical since it includes three main strategies: experimental, quasi-experimental and “ex post facto”. Finally, the results showed that the degree of correlation between variable 1 and variable 2, i.e., “Polya method” and “additive structures” is very low positive, being explained by only 1. 87% of variation of the scores obtained in the measurement of the Polya method, in the scores of the development of additive structures. This indicates that there is not enough evidence to prove that the “Polya method” has positively influenced the development of additive structures of the children who were sampled, who belong to basic education, cycle four, grade 1 of the Educational Institution “Matilde del Águila Velásquez” of the city of Rioja, during this annual period corresponding to 2024.
