Abstract
Clima Organizacional y Desempeño Laboral de los docentes del nivel secundario de la I.E.P. N° 62002, Yurimaguas 2022.
El estudio tuvo el propósito de “determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los docentes del nivel secundario de la I. E. Pública Matilde Túnjar Guzmán de Vela – 62002”. Se empleó un modelo descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal, teniendo como muestra a 30 docentes de la I. E. “Matilde Túnjar Guzmán de Vela”. Los instrumentos usados fueron: cuestionario de clima organizacional. Facilita la exploración de tres dimensiones, compuesta por 28 elementos con una escala de respuestas y una valoración de 1 al 4 y el cuestionario de desempeño laboral basada en un formato que está distribuido con 32 ítems. Se identificó que el clima organizacional más prevalente entre los docentes corresponde al nivel aceptable (56.67%), mientras que el nivel insatisfactorio (13.33%) se presenta en una proporción inferior. A su vez, se evidencia que la distribución del nivel desempeño laboral se encuentra que el más frecuente es el regular y bueno con 38.71%) en docentes del nivel secundario en la provincia de Alto Amazonas, y con menor frecuencia, el nivel deficiente con 9.68%. Se evidencio que las dimensiones del clima organizacional se asocian al desempeño laboral, siendo el más predominante el factor el potencial humano, habiendo obtenido un chi calculado de 27,330. Además, se determinó que los ambientes organizacionales y los rendimientos laborales del profesor del nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa Pública N° 62002 en la provincia de Alto Amazonas están vinculados. El docente obtuvo un chi calculado de 34,154, que supera el chi tabulado con 12,59.
Organisational Climate and Work Performance of high school teachers at I.E.P. N° 62002, Yurimaguas 2022. The purpose of the study was to ‘determine the relationship between the organisational climate and the work performance of secondary school teachers at the “Matilde Túnjar Guzmán de Vela” I. E.
