Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue aplicar el Taller de fortalecimiento en inteligencia emocional educativa para optimizar el liderazgo de los directores del nivel primario del distrito de Pardo Miguel-Naranjos. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada con nivel explicativo y diseño de preprueba – posprueba con un solo grupo, con una muestra de 20 directores. Los resultados indican que el nivel de liderazgo de los directores en las dimensiones gestión pedagógica, gestión institucional, y gestión administrativa, en el pos test fue óptimo en 100%; con diferencia promedio entre los puntajes del pre y pos test de 7.6 ± 3.7, de 6.1 ± 3.6, y de 4.9 ± 3.4, respectivamente y con un p-valor inferior al 5% [p-valor=0.000<0.05]; el nivel de liderazgo en la dimensión estilo de liderazgo en el pos test fue regular en 80% y óptimo en 20%, con diferencia promedio entre los puntajes del pre y pos test de 4.9 ± 3.4, con un p-valor inferior al 5% [p-valor=0.000<0.05]. Finalmente se ha llegado a la conclusión que la aplicación del Taller de fortalecimiento de la inteligencia emocional educativa optimizó significativamente el liderazgo de los directores en las instituciones educativas del nivel primario del distrito de Pardo Miguel-Naranjos al obtener un p-valor = 0.000.
The objective of this research was to apply a Workshop to Strengthen Educational Emotional Intelligence in order to optimize the leadership of primary school principals in the district of Pardo Miguel-Naranjos. The type of research was applied with explanatory level and pre-test - post-test design with a single group, with a sample of 20 principals.
