Abstract
La autoestima y el comportamiento escolar en niños de 5° de primaria de la Institución Educativa 00623, Segunda Jerusalén, 2023.
El estudio de investigación que a continuación se presenta, lleva como título “La autoestima y el comportamiento escolar en niños de 5° de primaria de la Institución Educativa 00623, Segunda Jerusalén, 2023”. El objetivo general fue Determinar la relación entre la autoestima y el comportamiento escolar de los niños de 5° de primaria de la Institución Educativa 00623, Segunda Jerusalén, 2023. Las teorías utilizadas como apoyo son la Teoría humanista, la Teoría de la personalidad, la Teoría de la escala de la autoestima, la Teoría de la Personalidad de Albert Bandura y la Teoría del comportamiento de Ivan Pavlov. Se realizó y probó un estudio cuantitativo básico y correlacional en una muestra de 161 estudiantes. Los resultados indican la variable autoestima (V1) un estadístico de 0.091 con una probabilidad de 0.002 por debajo del 5%, y para la variable comportamiento escolar (V2) un estadístico de 0.083 con una probabilidad del 0.009 por debajo del 5%. Se concluye que se encontró una correlación positiva baja (rho=0.307**) con una probabilidad altamente significativa de 0.000, que existe una relación significativa entre la autoestima y el comportamiento escolar de los niños del quinto grado de primaria de la Institución Educativa 00623, Segunda Jerusalén, al 95% de confianza.
Self-esteem and school behaviour in 5th grade primary school children at Educational Institution 00623, Segunda Jerusalén, 2023. The following research study is entitled “Self-esteem and school behavior in 5th grade children of the Educational Institution 00623, Segunda Jerusalén, 2023”. The general objective was to determine the relationship between self-esteem and school behavior in children in 5th grade of primary school at the Educational Institution 00623, Segunda Jerusalén, 2023. The theories used as support are the Humanistic Theory, the Personality Theory, the Self-esteem Scale Theory, Albert Bandura's Personality Theory and Ivan Pavlov's Behavioral Theory. A basic quantitative and correlational study was conducted and tested on a sample of 161 students. The results indicate for the variable self-esteem (V1) a statistic of 0.091 with a probability of 0.002 below 5%, and for the variable school behavior (V2) a statistic of 0.083 with a probability of 0.009 below 5%. It is concluded that a low positive correlation was found (rho=0.307**) with a highly significant probability of 0.000, that there is a significant relationship between self-esteem and school behavior of children in the fifth grade of primary school of the Educational Institution 00623, Segunda Jerusalén, at 95% confidence.
