Abstract

Factores socioculturales-institucionales y control de crecimiento y desarrollo del niño, Hospital Rural San José de Sisa 2024 El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los factores socioculturales-institucionales y el control de crecimiento y desarrollo del niño menor de tres años, Hospital Rural San José de Sisa-2024; El estudio es una investigación básica, no experimental cuantitativa, de diseño descriptivo correlacional, prospectivo y de corte transversal. Se emplearon encuestas con cuestionarios estructurados y análisis documental utilizando fichas del carné de Atención Integral del niño del Ministerio de Salud del Perú para recopilar datos sobre factores socioculturales e institucionales. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 112 madres de niños menores de tres años que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Resultados: Los factores socioculturales e institucionales influyen significativamente en el control del CRED en madres de niños menores de 3 años. Socialmente, el 48,0% de las madres tiene entre 19 y 29 años, el 58,0% son convivientes, y el 77,0% menciona que el quehacer en el hogar le dificulta el cumplimiento del control a CRED. Culturalmente, el 98% considera poco importante el control a CRED. Institucionalmente, el 95% considera la ausencia de enfermera, es motivo para no llevar niño al CRED; el 75% señala el insuficiente personal de enfermería, es motivo para no llevar niño a CRED. Conclusión: Existe una relación significativa (p=0,035) entre estos factores y el cumplimiento del Control de Crecimiento y desarrollo en el Hospital Rural San José de Sisa.

Sociocultural-institutional factors and control of Child Growth and Development, San José de Sisa Rural Hospital 2024

The present study aimed to determine the relationship between sociocultural-institutional factors and growth and development control of children under three years old, Hospital Rural San José de Sisa-2024. The study is a basic research, non-experimental quantitative, descriptive correlational, prospective and cross-sectional design. Surveys with structured questionnaires and documentary analysis using cards from the Peruvian Ministry of Health's Integrated Child Care card were used to collect data on sociocultural and institutional factors. The population and sample consisted of 112 mothers of children under 3 years old who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Sociocultural and institutional factors significantly influence the CRED control in mothers of children under 3 years of age. Socially, 48.0% of the mothers were between 19 and 29 years of age, 58.0% were cohabitants, and 77.0% mentioned that their household chores made it difficult for them to comply with CRED control. From a cultural point of view, 98% consider CRED control to be of little importance. Institutionally, 95% consider the absence of a nurse as a reason for not taking a child to CRED; 75% consider insufficient nursing staff as a reason for not taking a child to CRED. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship (p=0.035) between these factors and compliance with growth and development monitoring at the San José de Sisa Rural Hospital.
