Abstract
El estudio lleva como título “Influencia de gestión estratégica en el posicionamiento de radio Milenium en comunicación radial de la provincia de San Martín 2022”. Durante las últimas décadas, ha sido evidente un notable incremento en el desarrollo del campo de la radiodifusión, hasta el punto de ser considerado un factor determinante en el progreso. La competencia globalmente de la comunicación radial es cada vez más amplia. La comunicación radial puede verse afectada por barreras culturales y lingüísticas. Donde que estos programas de radio deben adaptarse a ello para conectar con las audiencias locales. La investigación tuvo como Objetivo general: Determinar la influencia de la gestión estratégica y el posicionamiento de Radio Milenium en la radiocomunicación en la provincia de San Martín, 2022. Y los objetivos específicos fueron: Establecer el grado de influencia del valor institucional en el posicionamiento de radio Milenium en la comunicación radial de la provincia de San Martin, 2022; Identificar el grado de influencia de la estrategia del negocio en el posicionamiento de radio Milenium en la comunicación radial de la provincia de San Martin 2022; Establecer el grado de Influencia de los factores de empresa en el posicionamiento de radio Milenium en la comunicación radial de la provincia de San Martin 2022. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada. El nivel de investigación fue descriptivo y correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 193.095 habitantes de la Provincia de San Martín con una muestra poblacional finita de 384 individuos. El muestreo fue probabilístico. El diseño fue no experimental. Para medir las diferentes dimensiones se diseñó un cuestionario estructurado con ítems específicos. El instrumento fue aplicado a la muestra seleccionada. Los resultados obtenidos respecto al objetivo general lograron determinar la influencia de la gestión estratégica y el posicionamiento de Radio Milenium en la radiocomunicación en la provincia de San Martín, 2022. Se confirmó que existía una relación positiva alta entre la gestión estratégica y el posicionamiento, lo que se probó utilizando la Correlación de Pearson, donde la sig. (Bilateral) 0,000 era inferior al umbral de 0,01; ya que el valor de correlación de Pearson fue igual a 0,811.
The study is entitled “Influence of strategic management on the positioning of Radio Milenium in radio communication in the province of San Martin 2022”. During the last decades, a remarkable increase in the development of the broadcasting field has been evident, to the point of being considered a determining factor in progress. The global competition of radio communication is becoming more and more extensive. Radio communication can be affected by cultural and linguistic barriers, where these radio programs must adapt to these criteria in order to connect with local audiences. The general objective of the research was to determine the influence of the strategic management and positioning of Radio Milenium in radio communication in the province of San Martin, 2022. The specific objectives were: To establish the degree of influence of the institutional value in the positioning of radio Milenium in the radio communication of the province of San Martin, 2022; To identify the degree of influence of the business strategy in the positioning of radio Milenium in the radio communication of the province of San Martin 2022; To establish the degree of influence of the company factors in the positioning of radio Milenium in the radio communication of the province of San Martin 2022. The type of research was applied. The level of research was descriptive and correlational. The population consisted of 193,095 inhabitants of the Province of San Martin with a finite population sample of 384 individuals. Sampling was probabilistic. The design was non-experimental. A structured questionnaire with specific items was designed to measure the different dimensions. The instrument was applied to the selected sample. According to the results obtained with respect to the general objective, it was possible to determine the influence of strategic management and positioning of Radio Milenium in radio communication in the province of San Martin, 2022. It was confirmed that there was a high positive relationship between strategic management and positioning, which was tested using Pearson's Correlation, where the sig. (Bilateral) 0.000 was below the threshold of 0.01; since the Pearson's correlation value was equal to 0.811.
