La norma ISO/IEC 25040 y su influencia en el sistema transaccional SISCOMERS, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia la norma ISO/IEC 25040 en el sistema transaccional SISCOMERS, 2021. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo explicativo y diseño experimental de tipo pre experimental longitudinal. La muestra lo conformaron 05 empresas utilitarias del sistema transaccional. La técnica aplicada fueron la observación, mientras que los instrumentos fueron la ficha de observación. Los resultados mostraron que, antes de la implementación de la norma ISO 25040, el sistema transaccional SISCOMERS tenía una media de tiempo igual a 4.41 minutos. Con un tiempo mínimo de 3.8 minutos y un tiempo máximo de 4.8 minutos. Después de la implementación de la norma ISO 25040, el sistema transaccional SISCOMERS tuvo una media de tiempo igual a 1.79 minutos. Con un tiempo mínimo de 1.6 minutos y un tiempo máximo de 2.1 minutos. Se llegó a concluir que, con una diferencia de medias de 2.62 minutos entre la eficiencia del sistema transaccional SISCOMERS entre el post test y el pre test. La implementación de la norma ISO/IEC 25040 influye significativamente en la eficiencia del sistema trasnacional SISCOMERS, 2021. Encontrándose un nivel de significancia (p – valor) igual a 0.000, la cual fue menor al margen de error permitido (0.05) (p < 0.05).

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of the ISO/IEC 25040 standard on the SISCOMERS transactional system, 2021. The research was of an applied type, explanatory descriptive level and longitudinal pre-experimental experimental design. It was an applied research, with a descriptive explanatory level and a pre-experimental longitudinal experimental design. The sample consisted of 05 companies that use the transactional system. Observation was the applied technique, while the instruments were the observation form. The results showed that, before the implementation of ISO 25040, the SISCOMERS transactional system had a mean time equal to 4.41 minutes. With a minimum time of 3.8 minutes and a maximum time of 4.8 minutes. After the implementation of ISO 25040, the SISCOMERS transactional system had a mean time equal to 1.79 minutes, with a minimum time of 1.6 minutes and a maximum time of 2.1 minutes. It was concluded that, with a mean difference of 2.62 minutes between the efficiency of the SISCOMERS transactional system between post test and pre-test, the implementation of ISO/IEC 25040 has a significant influence on the efficiency of the SISCOMERS, 2021 transnational system. A significance level (p - value) equal to 0.000 was found, which was less than the permitted margin of error (0.05) (p < 0.05).
