Item Aspectos epidemiológicos de aborto en mujeres atendidas Hospital Regional del Amazonas – Iquitos 1991(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 1992) Davila Torres, Consuelo; Garcia Saldaña, Esther; Llontop Reategui, Augusto Ricardo; Huamantumba Palomino, Marina VictoriaThey were prospectively studied 191 patients with a diagnosis of abortion in the regional hospital of the Amazon - Iquitos, 1991. The cases studied were divided into two groups according to the type of abortion presented, describing the epidemiological characteristics of these groups and the frequency and methods used for abortion. Both groups have similar epidemiological characteristics except more or less systemic involvement and mortality observed in induced abortions. The • frequency was higher in induced abortions than for spontaneous. • The average age was 26.5 years with a range between 15 to 44 years, registering an average parity of 3.8 for both groups. In the induced abortions dominated the cohabitation and single-grade secondary education and spontaneous cohabiting and married to the primary level. The highest percentage of women denied having had previous abortions; the interqenésico space in both groups was short and the number of family members was more than 5.For other hand, came from marginal urban areas, with an average socioeconomic status and were engaged in household chores. Fondo Editorial, 2012) Melendez Rios, Maria Esperanza; Morey Vasquez, Dora Maria De Jesus; Bartra Reategui, AliciaEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento y Actitud sobre el uso de Misoprostol en las estudiantes de Obstetricia de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín – Tarapoto; Julio-Diciembre 2011”; se realizó un estudio descriptivo correlacional, con recolección prospectiva de los datos. La muestra probabilística estuvo conformada por 56 estudiantes de obstetricia de sexo femenino con un nivel de confianza del 95%, y seleccionadas aleatoriamente, de aquellas que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Para medir la variable nivel de conocimiento el cuestionario constó de 07 preguntas cerradas, que se clasifica en bajo, intermedio, alto siendo el puntaje máximo 21 puntos. Para medir las actitudes sobre el uso de misoprostol y si aconsejarían su uso como abortivo en las estudiantes de obstetricia de la UNSM-T, se aplicó un test cuestionario valorada con la escala tipo Lickert modificada. La cual estuvo conformada por: 03 preguntas que exponen la actitud frente al uso de misoprostol como abortivo; y dos preguntas sobre si aconsejaría su uso como abortivo. Los objetivos que se plantearon fueron determinar el nivel de conocimiento frente al uso del misoprostol; determinar la actitud frente al uso del misoprostol en las estudiantes de Obstetricia de la FCS – UNSM-T; así como, determinar la relación del nivel de conocimiento de mayor asociación al tipo de actitud frente al uso del misoprostol. Los resultados encontrados, reportan que el 95.0% de las estudiantes de obstetricia de la UNSM-T, reconocen el uso de misoprostol como abortivo; el 44.65% de estudiantes tiene como fuente de información para uso de misoprostol como abortivo, los amigos; el 26.78% tienen como fuente de información el Internet; el 55.4 % presentan una actitud desfavorable al uso de misoprostol como abortivo y el 44.6% presentan una actitud favorable al uso de misoprostol como abortivo; el 64.3 % de las estudiantes no aconsejarían usar el misoprostol como abortivo; y el 35.7% aconsejarían usar el misoprostol como abortivo; finalmente se encontró que, No existe correlación significativa entre el conocimiento y la actitud hacia el uso del misoprostol como abortivo por que las estudiantes tienen un conocimiento alto y a pesar de ello tienen una actitud desfavorable.Item Relación entre las actitudes – percepciones con la conducta sexual en mujeres post- aborto atendidas en el consultorio externo de ginecología del Hospital II-2 Minsa Tarapoto, agosto - setiembre 2014(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Aimed: To determine the relation Shipbetween attitudes–perceptions whit sexual behavior in women post-abortion. The Sample population consisted of 57 women post-abortion, who voluntarily participated In the development of research. The type of study is a quantitative approach and Correlational descriptive, cross-sectional prospective. The technique used was the Survey. The findings were: The Post-abortion women, Were characterized by being mostly (43.9%) busied himself in the group of 16 and 23 years, with an average age of 26 ± 6.1 years. 45.6 % of the women in the study are cohabiting and 35.1 % were single; 47.4 % live with their partners and 36.8 % with their parents. The higher level of study Is predominant primary and higher, with 38.6 % and 36.8 % respectively. 52.6 % are Engaged in household activities, 56.1 % come from urban áreas. 68.4 % of the women In the study are Catholic. 75.5 % of post abortion women who were attended, tienen Hijos y el promedio de hijos es de 2 con una desviación estándar de 0,81 hijos. It is Also observed that 45.6% of women in the study have an unfavorable attitude toward Abortion, 43.9 % an indifferent attitude and 10.5% of women have a favorable attitude. 78, 9% of women in the study have a positive perception towards abortion and 21.1 % Have a negative perception. Moreover 78.9 % of post- abortion women have adequate Sexual conduct and 21.1 % had sexual misconduct. As for the statistically significant Relationship (P < 0.05), between the two variables, attitude - perceived sexual behavior Of women post abortion (p = 0.002), and the relationship between attitude to sexual Behavior (p = 0.044). We conclude that positive perceptions, attitudes favorable and Appropriate sexual behavior.
