Item Mejoramiento CIBER- ADAPTATIVO de los servicios de información médica y promoción de la salud en la región San Martín mediante uso de tecnologías web(Universidad Nacional de San Martín, 2001) Heredia Fernández, Richard; López Rodríguez, Carlos EnriqueOur researching design Pre-test and Post-test allowed us in a significant degree evaluate the dependent variable, predicting its behavior, whose projection confirms what is set out in the hypothesis; at the same time the qualitative analysis of the usability results show us a compromise connection and of the expectations from the doctor respect to the web platform that has been developed. For our researching the sample was 23 doctors from a population of 410 doctors attached to the XV Regional Council of the Medical Professional association of Peru. The treatment of the independent variable was transformed in the development of a web platform, being the approach ―The proper Use of Web Technologies", it was permissible due to researching we can reformulate a hypothesis, all under the statistics analysis. The results of the applied survey before, that doctors use the web platform, reveal us their expectations face up to web possibilities, likewise, we were able to observe the lacks and weakness in the theme ofhealth promotion. The results of the applied survey before, after use of the web platforms, show the degree of improving as for o the media and its possibilities. Likewise, the ease as long as the doctors can become familiar with the platforms. Also the results prove that circumstances of the case we take it like an opportunity so that through virtual channels we can expand the doctors possibilities, further away of their clinic action, which typically occur, underlying to that same opportunity space, we establish our researching that is related to all of its beneficiaries (doctors, interested organization in health and unusual users), under the characteristics of a novel service and the promotion and network integration. The businesses world becomes more and more complex, due to the speed at which things change, and due to the answering capability that is required. We become more dependent on information in these surroundings, and we have to adapt rapidly to client’s new needs and requirements. Information’s Systems are technological tools that make life easy for us when we need to make correct decisions which turn out to be strategic against the competition; depending on the objectives with witch the tool was constructed. This research’s success was possible thanks to the united effort from Simón Bolívar high school executives and myself; to create an educational strategy, which allows obtaining objectives established in the long run in the Educational Project Institutional Bolivariano. Consequently; we have begun to recognize the importance of having a well defined culture of Information, and in what way the use of an Information System would rationally help taking opportune decisions; the executives do not need to know too much about computing, it does not matter here, that is, they must assimilate the importance of the information to a strategic use. Then, we have made a suitable use of the collected data in the whole academic process. Among this data we can mention the student’s grades, student’s personal data; it mainly is to provide academic test to executive persons in charge, classified information in relation to one pupil in particular. All this is with the sole aim of planning the development of a System of Information of Academic Test. It does not end here; we have defined key parameters that the system must show. Among these is the main objective: “to identify to pupils classified as deficient In order for the professors to reinforce the Teaching – Learning process” Now, the student’s classifications are reflected in indicators (deficient, regular, good, very good), in this way we can say that a deficient indicator means that a student obeys the following conditions: “the general average of all their course be less than eleven. Or the number of failed- courses must be bigger or equal to three”. A managemental vision with the idea always stayed to present/display a work that allows the interrelation of both worlds: the one of the technology like manager of the talent, the knowledge and the innovation of machines and tools, as well as the world of the management like manager of resources and economic strategies. The created problem of investigation, is of practical character and looks for to lately satisfy a necessity arisen in Peruvian the economic and financial sector due to the invasion by means of manifold and falsified mechanisms, of the financial markets with capitals badly had. This reality has an international importance since the criminal organizations who practice these techniques, are units organized that they have to be able technological, economic and influences in all the social and political layers very well; simultaneously one is framed like a world-wide problem that affects and is affected reason why it follows one another in the different nations. The globalization and its implications and tools more and more make the fight against the flagellum difficult of the legitimation of capitals, reason why having a technological platform is made important more and more that it allows to a preventive and curative control for the cleaning and maintenance of the financial schemes and economic values of the currency without losing the balance between the value of the money his real spending power. In the present project a proposal considers that it tries to be economic and viable, updateable and safe, reliable and efficient for the installation of a platform of information by means of the technology of the digital communications and the security of the information for the Unit of Financial Intelligence in Peru. An interphase considers man machine that is friendly, that does not require of great training or specialization; that it does not involve to an important list of personnel specialized in the maintenance of the same one and where integration with the foreign users does not imply important of its systems or installed modifications, operating, planned or existing. The Faculty of Engineering Systems and Computing (FISI) in Tarapoto’s National University (UNSM) is primarily proposing storing curriculum content to be carried out in each academic term in FISI sees great importance in being able to count on historical information and not on falsehoods, so that students can benefit. Equally, FISI proposes improving research and getting hold of curricula provided that such information sources are always appriopriate and that they integrate the usage of this aplication. In general, historical information is that which presents deficients in the aforementioned characteristics. To fulfill the proyect’s general objetive requires having a web medium which allows sourcing FISI’s curriculum information. Development of the web aplication is also needed, by periodicaly storing, each academic term, substantial up to date an organized curricula content for each subject. The course content will be provided by the respective lecturers and students (in the latter case, students’ best work and proyects). With this internet-based web technology, we want to end the traditional way of receiving course curriculum information, thereby benefiting the student in three aspects: physical, because it is a secure medium for information exchange; enthusiasm, because students receive satisfaction and want to keep up their work, and cognitive, because this information in coverted into knowledge to the advantage of the students’s academic needs. On the other hand the surveys have 100% application through a web medium which facilitates searching for and obtaining course curricula. To successfully develop the web application, that is to say its life cycle, RUP – UML is used as a model, which is specified through a sequence of diagrams: Case study diagrams, diagrams showing bussiness objetives, domain models, and collaboration diagrams, using the Rational Rose Enterprice Edition Tool. The rol of the lecturer is very important for the efficacy of the proposal because it depents of putting into practice their best proffesional intentions in developing the curriculum, requiring FISI authorit and staff cooperation. This application , which will be to the FISI’s benefit, should not be understood as a finalized creation, but rather just as a base which solves a part of the problem, to which I invite my colleagues or any others, to continue improving the application whether it be structure or presentation, with the aim of robust and efficient development and so that we can offer a good service, unfortunately until the academic term is over.Item Modelamiento y simulación del sistema de información agrario en el cultivo de arroz para el apoyo en la toma de decisiones en la región San Martín(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. MODA as a technique of projection will help in the process of elaboration of the cultivation of the rice in the country, that will permit us obtain an ordered and systematized production of the activity rice sower, and in this way we would contribute with the farmers in getting better economic incomes, Decreasing considerably uncertainty than at present the farmer has to face in each campaignItem Modelación y Simulación de las variables que condicionan el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del tercer año de secundaria de los colegios del distrito de Tarapoto(Universidad Nacional de San Martín, 2007) Berrú Chávez, Maritza del Carmen; Ríos Ríos, BuenaventuraThe following study letsus to simulate the behavior of the academic performance system, underthe influence of the variables HC, HT and HE; besides, thisdescriptive and correlational study allow susto know the influence of the time dedicated to chat, watchtelevision and study, in highschoolstudents’ academic performance in thedistrict of Tarapoto (Perú, 2005 - 2006). Watchingtelevision, studying at home and chatting, they are all extracurricular activities in whichnowadayshighschool student spend a lot of time and of course these activities influence in their academic performance (5.4% of itsvariant). The methodology used toget the information wasbased in a guided survey to 303 students from 13 to 16 years old from public and private schools; distributed in four groups; which was focused on students’ habits of Internet services, television and their academic performance. The results show that thereis a meaning ful statistic relation at 95% among the academic performance and the students’ time which is dedicated to chat, watch television and study. Besides, a multiple lineal regression model was determinated, having account three variables: Ŷ = 12.87 + 0.071X1 – 0.149X2 + 0.349X3. Students have added to their daily activities other activities as chatting in Internet, in which they spend in average 0.9112 hours (almostanhour), butth is fact individually doesnot have more influence in their academic performance (13.60 points in average). The use of the Internet in their sever alkinds is becoming popular amongallkind of users (98.7% usingit), and, of course, students are not free fromthisreality, their principal activities in Internet are: chatting, looking for information and playing net games. It is imperative that parents pay special attention to this point; because they are who give the money to rent the service in public Internet places when they do not have this service at home. The hours of study have a positive influence in students’ academic performance, 1.55 hours in average; butthe time dedicated tow atch television has a negative influence, 2.13 hours in average (97.8% of population have television at home); then the greater the hours of studying and thelesser of watching television the more academic performance. On the basis of this study, the community will know the influence that governs in this kind of communication media in high school students, and will know how to give a well manage of this technology, in order not damage the schooll earning process.Item Control de asistencia al personal administrativo de la UNSM utilizando biometría.(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2008) Lopez Gonzales, Carlos Augusto; Rodriguez Grandez, CarlosThe need to have a manner of identifying the human being of a unique form, has led the man to implement a series of methods, from the art of tattoo to nowadays where biometric methods have been implemented, using several devices for the creation of identity patterns and to generate the biometric code that will identify an individual. Therefore, this thesis has carried out using one of the most popular biometric methods along history, which it is the fingerprint. This system uses a device, which relies on algorithms of inscription and verification which captures the fingerprint, and generates the identification code. It will fit to the biometric code of the individual who is scanned. The system has been programmed in the Visual Basic 6.0 language, which presents an easy and rapid form of programming; the storage system is based on date base generated by Microsoft SQL 2000 Server.Item Licenciamiento de software en las empresas públicas y/o privadas de la ciudad de Tarapoto(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2008) Shapiama Rengifo, Rene Grimaldo; Rodriguez Grandez, Carlos; Granda Milon, Pamela MagnoliaThe present thesis presents, explains, demonstrates and shows solutions to the problem of the software license in the public and/or private companies of Tarapoto city; it was determined to work with as public as well private companies through this way to be able to determine in which business or institutional sector exists more deficiencies in relation to the software license installed in its computer parks, for this a field study through surveys to the businesspeople and chief of system of those companies was made, begin able to determine variables that showed the prospective results during the process of data evaluation carried out in the present thesis, likewise demonstrating that in Tarapoto city there is a lot of informality with regard to software licenses. In our country - Peru, the economic impact with regard to the illegality of the software has taken many companies to loss, having to request to institutions in charge of looking after the audit lights to take measures with regard to the tapie through juridical norms that are established in our laws and guided by the Congress of the Republic. Those are the most advance and pioneering laws in Latin America, as regards control, supervision, having the necessity to work as a group for the application of the norms, for example it does not exist a norm that allows to include the moment to present the balances and administration reports, besides having specialized bodies in crime against the intellectual property in the National Police and Public Ministry.Item Propuesta del sistema de control de procesos de prácticas pre - profesionales en la facultad de ingeniería de sistemas de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2010) Paima Shupingahua, Erick Luis; Valverde Iparraguirre, Jorge DamianEl informe de ingeniería, propuesta del sistema de control de procesos de prácticas pre-profesionales en la Facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín; tiene como objetivo general, desarrollar un sistema de control como herramienta informática para la facultad de ingeniería de sistemas e informática de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín, que permita registrar los distintos procesos, trámites para la realización de las practicas pre profesionales, ya que este en un requisito primordial, para la obtención de nuestro grado de bachiller. Para su desarrollo se utilizan diferentes metodologías. Para el levantamiento de información se realizaron, encuestas, entrevistas, así como también la revisión y evaluación de documentos; para el desarrollo se utilizó el proceso unificado conocido como RUP, es un modelo de software que permite el desarrollo de software a gran escala, mediante un proceso continuo de pruebas y retroalimentación, garantizando el cumplimiento de ciertos estándares de calidad. The object of study is Accounting Study Cesar Vallejo & Asociados SC, which is intended to perform audits of financial statements, provide expert tax advice and make accountants. The objective of the research training is developing and implementing a system of accounting and financial information on a web platform and specific objectives is to obtain an effective structure of financial accounting information and allowing the optimum use of information and how to design an interface fully graphical and intuitive customer –friendly and improve communications with clients of this service The development of the research is led by the Unified Process software development project that is living in phase and these workflows in UML modeling language. To build the ASP.Net system was used as a programming language, for programming the client side are generated in scripst ASP.Net technology from Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Express, and as database manager used the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition.Item Propuesta de automatización del proceso de trámite de constancias y certificados de OCRA de la UNSM-T(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2010) Merino Neira, Santos Regulo; Valverde Iparraguirre, Jorge DamianLa elaboración del presente trabajo titulado "Propuesta de automatización del proceso de trámite de constancias y certificados de OCRA de la UNSM-T", tiene como objetivos realizar el diagnóstico de la situación actual del trámite de constancias y determinar los requerimientos para elaborar la propuesta de automatización del proceso de gestión de constancias y certificados de estudios de la Oficina de Coordinación y Registro Académico de la UNSM-T. En el diagnóstico realizado se comprobó que la UNSM — T ofrece un deficiente trámite de constancias y certificados de estudios, lo cual conlleva a la necesidad de automatizar dicho proceso. La automatización se realizará mediante el Sistema Integrado de Atención de Solicitudes de Constancias y Certificados, el cual se desarrollará utilizando diferentes metodologías. De las cuales para el levantamiento de información se realizó la observación del proceso, entrevista al personal de la URTyPC, revisión y evaluación de documentos. Para el desarrollo de la propuesta se utilizó la metodología Orientado a Objetos bajo el enfoque UML (Unified Model Language) y el RUP (Rational Unified Process) como marco de trabajo. El lenguaje de programación para su implementación será Java bajo plataforma Web y como motor de base de datos el SQL Server. Todo con el propósito orientado a simplificar, modernizar y mejorar el servicio de atención de constancias y certificados de estudios; optimizar la gestión de la información, alivianar las tareas del personal operativo, realizar el seguimiento de solicitudes de constancias y certificados de la Oficina de Coordinación y Registro Académico de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín - Tarapoto.Item Propuesta de implementación de un entorno de VPN empresarial en la Empresa Electro Oriente S.A. – San Martín(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2010) Mendoza Carrillo, Jorge Luis; Pinchi Flores, GabrielEl presente Informe de Ingeniería Titulado “Propuesta de Implementación de un Entorno de VPN Empresarial en la Empresa Electro Oriente S.A. – San Martín”, trata acerca del estudio de la tecnología e infraestructura de Redes Privadas Virtuales (VPN) y su aplicación en la empresa. La elaboración del Informe comprende hacer un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la red de datos de la unidad empresarial (UE) San Martín, diseñar un diagrama estructural sobre la implementación de la VPN, desarrollar una propuesta de implementación de un entorno de VPN empresarial, con soporte de herramientas de software libre utilizando eBox Platform. Es por tal motivo, que el objetivo de este Informe es proponer la implementación de un entorno de VPN empresarial en la empresa Electro Oriente S.A., que le permita mejorar la conectividad y el flujo de información entre sus sedes administrativas. En la elaboración de la presente propuesta se realizó, actividades tales como las que se detallan a continuación: análisis de la situación actual, planificación del servicio de VPN, determinación de los nuevos servicios sobre VPN, configuración simulada de una VPN con eBox Platform. En el presente Informe se escogió a eBox Platform como herramienta de implementación de las VPN y Firewall, por ser un servidor unificado para redes basadas en licencia GNU. Además, presenta características como flexibilidad, escalabilidad, y el uso librerías abiertas sumamente integradas, automatizando la mayoría de tareas, evitando errores y ahorrando tiempo para el administrador de sistemas. El presente Informe de Ingeniería se orienta a ofrecer una propuesta que permita optimizar el manejo de la información en aquellos procesos que se identifican con la solución propuesta para la Unidad Empresarial de San Martín de la Empresa Electro Oriente S.A.Item Propuesta de un sistema de información de impuesto predial para la administración de cobranzas de autovalúo de la Municipalidad provincial de Rioja(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2011) Albarez Cortez, Wilder; Injante Ore, Richard EnriquePara poder tener éxito en la administración pública, la Municipalidad Provincial de Rioja necesita mejorar su servicio de atención a los contribuyentes, extendiendo la información e interacción de manera más eficaz, lo que redundará en beneficios no solo para la misma municipalidad sino para todos los contribuyentes. Los sistemas de información en la actualidad son armas estratégicas, que cada organización las utiliza para mejorar sus procesos y su posicionamiento; en este sentido, la Municipalidad Provincial de Rioja, apuesta por la implementación de un sistema web para rentas. Con el sistema web se desea mejorar significativamente la eficiencia en sus procesos y por ende elevar la satisfacción de sus contribuyentes con un buen servicio. El desarrollo de este sistema web está orientado por el Proceso Unificado de Desarrollo de Software, representado gráficamente con el Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado (UML) a lo largo de todas sus fases. La implementación de este sistema se hizo en forma de aplicación Web, utilizando como plataforma el sistema operativo Linux, el lenguaje PHP y soporte de base de datos MySQL. La puesta en producción del sistema se realizó de forma exitosa, no solamente por el buen funcionamiento en su desempeño, sino que también la mejora que mostró la eficiencia en los procesos de rentas.Item Propuesta de un sistema experto de orientación vocacional para el Centro Pre Universitario de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2011) Panduro Flores, Jael; Lopez Rodriguez, Carlos EnriqueLos sistemas expertos son programas construidos mediante ingeniería del conocimiento que forman parte de un firme y verdadero avance en inteligencia artificial el cual tiene la capacidad de solucionar problemas aplicando tareas específicas, y la tarea principal de un sistema experto es mediante la realización de una serie de preguntas dar como resultado respuestas concretas. El sistema realiza la ardua labor de recorrer miles de reglas de conocimientos previamente incorporados, hasta dar con la respuesta a fin del problema, o en su defecto, la más parecida a ésta. De esta manera el sistema Experto trata de imitar el comportamiento de un experto humano en la solución de un problema. Cabe mencionar, que en un sistema experto se pueden almacenar conocimientos de especialistas profesionales para un campo determinado y solucionar un problema mediante deducción lógica de conclusiones; en tal sentido, el Centro Preuniversitario no puede ser indiferente a los beneficios que brinda el uso y manejo de un sistema experto; por eso, el presente informe denominado “Propuesta de un sistema experto de orientación vocacional para el Centro Pre Universitario de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín” busca resolver el problema del deficiente medio de orientación vocacional con el que cuenta el CPU ya que esto trae como consecuencia la insatisfacción de los estudiantes del CPU con respecto a la orientación vocacional. Para desarrollar la propuesta se hizo el levantamiento de información utilizando diversas herramientas tales como: encuestas, entrevistas y uso de bibliografía. Se aplicó la metodología de Ingeniería del Conocimiento de John Durkin, uno de los enfoques del ciclo de vida de sistemas expertos que se adapta específicamente al desarrollo de proyectos de sistemas expertos, la codificación se realizó con el lenguaje de programación de software libre PHP y el gestor de base de datos utilizado fue MySQL.Item Diseño de un portafolio electrónico para la facultad de ingeniería de sistemas e informática de la UNSM-T(Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Fondo Editorial, 2011) Torres Tineo, Edwin Ivan; Valverde Iparraguirre, Jorge DamianEl presente Informe de Ingeniería: “DISEÑO DE UN PORTAFOLIO ELECTRÓNICO PARA LA FACULTAD DE INGENIERÍA DE SISTEMAS E INFORMÁTICA DE LA UNSM-T”; tiene como Objetivo General, diseñar un Portafolio Electrónico que permita mejorar y sistematizar las actividades formativas de los alumnos de la Facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas e Informática de la UNSM-T. Asimismo, tiene como objetivos específicos incrementar el interés de los alumnos de la FISI en mostrar sus habilidades y destrezas, mejorar la difusión de la información de las actividades formativas y utilizar de forma eficiente las TIC’s para tener un mejor control de sus actividades. Para el desarrollo de la propuesta se utilizaron diferentes metodologías. Para el levantamiento de información se realizaron técnicas de observación, entrevistas, análisis de documentos y la encuesta; para el análisis y diseño se utilizó la metodología Orientada a Objetos teniendo en cuenta los diagramas de UML y el Proceso Unificado y para la elaboración de prototipos se utilizó el lenguaje de programación PHP con el gestor de Base de Datos MySQL y el paquete Xampp Server; cada una de estas herramientas fueron tomadas con el fin de cumplir con las expectativas del proyecto y minimizar costos ya que son de uso libre. The problem, hypothesis and the general objective have been designed according to the variables: Independent, Information System for Reading Comprehension (ISRC); and dependent, levels of narrative texts of reading comprehension. The theoretical explanation about using of information and communication technology to improve the narrative texts of reading comprehension as well as the theoretical maintain of ISRC and its strategies to improve reading comprehension, it has been based in the language communicative approach, in the Rockart model, constructivist model of learning and cognitive approach of assessment of reading comprehension. It was formulated two hypotheses: The variable hypothesis whose presumption was a significant interaction, while the supposing null hypothesis was the lack of interaction. The sample was formed of forty students, it was used the Quasi-experimental design, the procedure consisted in the applying of a pre-test and a post-test such as for the control group as well as for the experimental. Carried out the contrasted hypothesis, the results showed a significant interaction using the ISRC. The investigation divided to the students in two groups, one experimental and another of control, in the experimental group the variable stimulus B-Learning was applied, implementing virtual classrooms for such effect, checking a homogeneous and significant improvement of the level of academic yield of this group, with relationship to the control group that worked with the model of present or traditional teaching, for what is deduced that the application of the teachingmodel B-Learning generates a bigger increment in the level of the academic yield with relationship to the model of traditional teaching.Item Mejora de la calidad de enseñanza basada en aula virtual hipermedial para la Facultad de Ingeniería Agroindustrial de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín(Universidad Nacional de San Martín, 2012) Bermeo Cruz, Rita Shirley; Rodríguez Grández, CarlosOur study about the improvement of the quality in teaching based on a Hyper Medial Virtual Classroom to the Agribusiness Engineering Faculty, the application has been specified in Web technology in the education camp. Create a teaching platform appropriate with the particular need and reality of the AEF; furthermore, use it in a good way. For This, it was carried out a research was 24 faculties in both groups, experimental and control group, but when we finish the application of our design about the variable “quality in teaching of the faculty of AET”, the specified sample for the experimental group was 7 faculty, for them were applied the post-test, however, for the research nature this sample change the results were not affected. On the other hand, in the application of our design; after carry on the teaching platform; the collaboration and cooperation is revealed with a higher emphasis when is counted with the virtual situation to teaching and learning. For the faculties use the Hyper Medial Virtual Classroom means improve their ability, in teaching, since as more mediated resource to carry out the teaching, their quality of this increase. Thus it is reaffirmed with the results of the post-test and the Kirkpatrick´s reduced test that shows a significant increase of the quality teaching, regarding people who don´t use the Hyper Medial Virtual Classroom. Fondo Editorial, 2013) Chong Mori, Piero Andres; Valverde Iparraguirre, Jorge DamianThis following research, "JOB PERFORMANCE LEVEL INCREASING THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN SAN JUAN BREWERY SA - TARAPOTO " , has as its general objective, develop an information system so as to increase the level of performance workers in different areas of the distribution center of San Juan Brewery Tarapoto headquarters. Also have specific objectives, assess the current performance of workers in the distribution center Tarapoto; Develop knowledge management system, implement the knowledge management system and measure the level of job performance after the implementation of the tool. For the development of the proposed, different methodologies were used. For information gathering techniques of observation, interviews were conducted, as well as review and assessment documents, for the analysis and design object-oriented methodology was used taking into account UML diagrams and the Unified Process prototyping the programming language PHP, with manager MYSQL database and XAMMP Server package, each of these tools were taken in order to meet the expectations of the Institute and minimize costs as they are free use programs. Having the need of improving the level of job performance, and hence greater efficiency in processes, this report evaluated as engineering job performance increases with the implementation of a computerized knowledge management system.
