Abstract
El proyecto de tesis fue desarrollado en Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Publico “Amazonas-Yurimaguas” ( IESTP” Amazonas-Yurimaguas”); a fin de evaluar la influencia de la gestión de calidad en la formación continua como parte de una enseñanza – aprendizaje, con estrategias pedagógicas innovadoras actualizadas y herramientas idóneas para el sector educativo.
Sin embargo, surgen centros de estudios con ganas de emprender; ganando experiencia en el transcurso de los años; pero con ideales que ayude a sostener modelos para mejor evaluación a docentes e identificar los más idóneos como balance interno capaz de desarrollar procesos humanos sin dejar de lado las metodologías pedagógicas y por sobre todo la parte investigativa que se debe accionar en todo tiempo.
Por lo que, se plantea como objetivo general la de evaluar la influencia de la gestión de calidad en la formación continua en el IESTP ” Amazonas – Yurimaguas”. En base a la metodología será aplicada, con nivel descriptivo – correlacional de diseño no experimental. Asimismo, la población y muestra estará conformada 80 docentes del IESTP Amazonas, Yurimaguas. Finalmente, el instrumento que se aplicará es el cuestionario y como resultado se identificará la influencia de una variable en la otra. Bajo este contexto es necesario aplicar o buscar herramientas y estrategias que ayuden a implementar la gestión de calidad frente a una formación continua de cada docente en bien de los estudiantes.
The thesis project was developed at the Technological Pedagogical Higher Education Institution IESTP Amazonas in the city of Yurimaguas; in order to evaluate the influence of quality management in continuing education as part of a teaching-learning with updated innovative pedagogical strategies and suitable tools in and for the educational sector. However, study centers emerge with the desire to undertake gaining experience over the years; but with ideals that help sustain models for better evaluation of teachers and identify the most suitable as an internal balance capable of developing human processes without leaving aside pedagogical methodologies and above all the investigative part at all times. Therefore, the general objective is to evaluate the influence of quality management in continuing education at the IESTP” Amazonas–Yurimaguas”. Based on the methodology, it will be applied at a descriptive - correlational level of non-experimental design. Likewise, the population and sample will be made up of 80 teachers from the IESTP “Amazonas, Yurimaguas”. Finally, the instrument that will be applied is the questionnaire and as a result the influence of one variable on the other will be identified. Under this context, it is necessary to apply or seek tools and strategies that help implement quality management in the face of continuous training of each teacher for the benefit of the students.
