Abstract
“Plan de gestión de liderazgo para la mejora del desempeño de docentes de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín, 2023”
La gestión de liderazgo en el contexto educativo es un factor crítico concerniente a la calidad de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje. Asimismo, se presenta una oportunidad para revisar y fortalecer las prácticas de liderazgo con el fin de mejorar el desempeño docente, ante la necesidad de adaptarse a los retos educativos contemporáneos y de promover un ambiente académico que facilite la excelencia, es fundamental explorar estrategias innovadoras. Por lo tanto, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo general diseñar un modelo de gestión de liderazgo para la mejora del desempeño de docentes de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín, 2023. Metodológicamente, se asienta en un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básico, utilizando un diseño no experimental y descriptivo con propuesta, dirigido a una población de 274 docentes y seleccionando una muestra no probabilística de 82 de ellos. Se empleó una técnica de encuesta con cuestionarios como instrumentos de recogida de datos, y los datos serán analizados a través de métodos estadísticos descriptivos. Donde se obtuvo como resultado se encontró que la dimensión de actitud positiva es la más predominante ello significa que se cumple la hipótesis de investigación, donde se menciona que la actitud positiva tiene más injerencia en el desempeño docente, al mismo tiempo las demás dimensiones tienen una incidencia poco relativa en comparación a la dimensión, por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis de investigación planteada donde se menciona que la dimensión más predominante de la gestión de liderazgo que influye el desempeño docente de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín, 2023, es la actitud positiva. En cuanto a la conclusión se manifiesta en diseñar un modelo de gestión de liderazgo para la mejora del desempeño de docentes de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín, 2023, es necesario ver que la dimensión que se tiene que tomar énfasis es la generación de cambio debido a que su incidencia es menor y que la universidad tiene que mejorar ese aspecto, es allí donde nace el modelo que se plantea.

A survey technique with questionnaires was used as data collection instruments, and the data will be analyzed through descriptive statistical methods. The result showed that the dimension of positive attitude is the most predominant, which means that the research hypothesis is fulfilled, where it is mentioned that the positive attitude has more influence on the teaching performance, at the same time the other dimensions have a little relative incidence compared to the dimension. Therefore, the research hypothesis is accepted where it is mentioned that the positive attitude is the most predominant dimension of leadership management that influences the teaching performance of the National University of San Martin, 2023. The conclusion is to design a leadership management model to improve the performance of teachers at the National University of San Martin, 2023, it is necessary to consider that the dimension that must be emphasized is the generation of change because its incidence is minor and that the university has to improve this aspect, and this is where the proposed model was conceived.
