Abstract
Sistema de evaluación integral del desempeño docente propuesta asonante al modelo de acreditación SINEACE en la Universidad Nacional de San Martín
El presente trabajo, corresponde a una investigación de diseño no experimental, transversal; con un nivel descriptivo propositiva y de tipo aplicada. Responde al objetivo general de proponer un sistema de evaluación integral del desempeño docente asonante al modelo de acreditación SINEACE en la Universidad Nacional de San Martín. La muestra seleccionada fue constituida por el 50 % de la población (177 participantes) entre autoridades universitarias y docentes de las diferentes facultades y carreras profesionales. La técnica utilizada fue, la recolección de la información y el análisis de la evaluación docente adaptados en cada Facultad y los instrumentos fueron los cuestionarios aplicados a los participantes, mediante el uso del formulario en línea, con el aplicativo Google form. Las conclusiones de la percepción a las interrogantes de las autoridades universitarias y docentes y el análisis de las normativas que se aplican actualmente, en cuanto a la evaluación del desempeño docente, concuerda con la propuesta Sistema de evaluación integral del desempeño docente; consignándose que 147 de los participantes (83 %), manifestaron la necesidad de un nuevo diseño del Sistema evaluación al desempeño docente para todas las facultades de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín. El resultado es la propuesta, de un sistema de evaluación, incorporando los criterios del modelo de acreditación SINEACE, como factor de evaluación para la acreditación en cuanto a gestión docente, diseñando un sistema en aplicación a la gestión por procesos en la administración pública, el mismo que coadyuvará al cumplimiento de los estándares de gestión docente en el modelo de acreditación vigente.

The technique used was the collection of information and the analysis of the teaching evaluation adapted to each Faculty and the instruments were the questionnaires applied to the participants, through the use of the online form, with the Google form application. The conclusions of the perception of the questions of the university authorities and teachers and the analysis of the regulations that are currently applied, regarding the evaluation of teaching performance, agree with the proposed comprehensive Evaluation system of teaching performance; It was noted that 147 of the participants (83 %) expressed the need for a new design of the teaching performance evaluation system for all faculties of the National University of san Martín. The result is the proposal of an evaluation system, incorporating the criteria of the SINEACE accreditation model, as an evaluation factor for accreditation, in terms of teaching management, designing a system to be applied to process management in public administration, the same that will contribute to compliance with the teaching management standards in the current accreditation model.
