    The Affective Strategy'' Singing my emotions" it arises like an alternative to the absence of the strategies motivacionales on the part of the educational ones where it is observed that the motivation is untied of the learning activities; in such a sense this strategy allowed the development of the oral expression through the connection of the motivation with the learning activities, achieving this way a significant learning. The general objective of this investigation was to apply the Affective Strategy "Singing my emotions" to develop the oral expression, in children and girls of the lnstitution Educational lnitial Nº 208 of the" Village the Porvenir"-Rioja. The Affective Strategy" Singing my emotions", they are based on the theories of the effective communication in children preescolares, poetic theory of the orality, modern theory of the emotions, theory of the emotional behavior and the theory of the physiologic alteration and the emotion. The investigation design was quasi experimental with pre test and post test; with an experimental group and a group control, this groups were intact not equivalent. The sample was conformed. by 54 students, 27 (G.C) and 27 (G.E). The strategy was developed during one month with 22 properly designed learning activities, being able to validate our investigation hypothesis, according to it demonstrates it the statistical results where the calculated Chi (24,03) it is-superior to the critical value of Chi tabulated (3,84), achieving you to accept the investigation hypothesis thesis (H1), what means that the average of the students' academic yield in the one post test of the experimental group is superior to the average of academic yield of the one post test of the group control; that is to say that the application of the Affective Strategy" singing my emotions" it increased the development of the oral expression significantly through the communication of the children and 5 year-old girls in the area of integral communication of the lnstitution Educational lnitial of the Village the Future - Rioja.
